I 'came out' on Facebook and linked to this article by Stephanie Davies-Arai. I had a few likes/hearts and a couple of people wanting to read up on it more. No horrible messages, thankfully, but maybe they are all thinking bad things about me or don't care enough to comment. Might have had a bit of wine-bestowed courage before I posted, though...god, I wish it wasn't so hard to just talk about stuff.

This is an attention seeking attempt to gain publicity for self promotion as much as anything else I think. This person seems to be trying to establish themselves as an activist and writer, and what better way than to cause a scene where there will be lots of media attention.

I suppose going to hear Rose read was a wet dream for him -he can get off on hearing a woman talking about how she was abused, and then he gets to pile on top and abuse her some more.

How depressing that the young woman on twitter still felt compelled to use female pronouns when accounting this TIMs male pattern predatory behaviour.

Who the fuck does that person think he is? Rose is one of the bravest women out there speaking up for other women who don't have a voice. I felt very emotional watching that. I think she deferred to calling this man sister in order not to allow him to derail her event into arguing about TWAW. Not because she believes it. It seems that she was sparked because she honoured him by calling him a woman then he called her cis.

Count me in as another person completely unsurprised that he is a sexual predator. He interrupted a victim of sexual abuse after all, to ask her what she does for men like him. What she does for trans identified males in jail! Many of whom are there because they are sexual abusers!
