It is very annoying, though. My dreams certainly never feature (insert hot movie star or sportsman of my waking fantasy moments here), more's the pity. WRT to facsimile vaginas when a child has been on puberty blockers , I believe it is possible to fashion one from a section of the colon.

I understand this has additional benefits eg a greater depth can be achieved, far less dilation is required, and the facsimile will self lubricate. Additionally the tissue used is pretty robust.
