Does anyone want to join me?! Smile I need to lose 3 stone hopefully a stone and but in time for March if I can!

I'm already a member of ww online I have the app and just getting used to the new smart points system! Like a refresh think it will be good to do something new again!

Bought a fit bit with xmas money and had it two days love it already! It updates activity points onto the ww app though I won't be eating these.

Hopefully if anyone joins me we can motivate each other

What did you get ? I'm so glad I got one.

4lovelychildren · 02/05/2016 08:43

Hi all,
I started last Monday and feeling very nervous about my first weigh in today. Starting at 10st 11 and I am 5ft4 so way too heavy! Want to lose 2 stone which feels impossible right now.

Resurgo · 02/05/2016 09:21

Oh lovely I know what you mean! But if you break it down to half stones it might be easier to think about - lose half a stone and you'll be a quarter of the way there that kind of thing. I need to do this myself and keep reminding myself because otherwise it just seems too much

Wisheverydaywasfriday · 02/05/2016 10:12

Hi Lovely! Started last Monday too. I want to lose 2 stone too !! Hope you get a good result today Smile

4lovelychildren · 02/05/2016 11:15

Thanks for your encouragement - a 3 day weekend doesn't help!!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 02/05/2016 12:55

Set a goal of half stones by when . I have done it half a stone per half term and fingers crossed will have done my 2 stone by this half term Grin

4lovelychildren · 02/05/2016 16:49

Well done!! I like the idea of a half stone per half term goal. Let's how much has or hasn't come off in the first week!!

Wisheverydaywasfriday · 02/05/2016 20:20

Well done Lovely!! 4 off here, so delighted! I'd love 1 1/2 next week to get me under 11 stone!!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 02/05/2016 20:22

Well done 4lovely and Wish. Great losses !

Wisheverydaywasfriday · 02/05/2016 21:27

Thanks, Ken! Taking your advice, small steps at a time. Smile. Onwards and downwards !!

bettybyebye · 02/05/2016 22:11

Well done lovely and wish! Great losses!

Weigh in at 9.30am tomorrow for me...

Resurgo · 03/05/2016 08:39

Well done on the losses! Those are very impressive! Trying to get myself together here after a disastrous at yesterday

bettybyebye · 03/05/2016 11:42

Well I managed a 0.5lb loss which I'm ok with as not been great this week - my meals have been fine but I have eaten about 70 points worth of chocolate! Blush kids Easter eggs still hanging around and I'm much better when there's no chocolate in the house!

I am going to try to be super good for the first part of this week as have lots on later - birthday meal for my dad on Saturday, DD 's christening and party on Sunday and my birthday on Monday! Out for a birhday meal on Monday night so I know weigh in on Tuesday morning won't be great...but sometimes you just have to relax and enjoy things a bit!

RebeccaMumsnet · 03/05/2016 13:59

Just had my first weigh in and -4lb, i'm so pleased. I've not found it too hard so far, there are moments but on the whole, it's ok. Need to go and buy more fruit and veg as the DC keep eating all of it Grin

KenDoddsDadsDog · 03/05/2016 19:28

Some top losses this week , great going !! I'm constantly buying fruit and veg as it disappears in our house (well the nicer stuff anyway!)

Resurgo · 03/05/2016 19:56

You're all doing really well, it's very encouraging. I agree about the fruit and veg I've had q good day so far. Back on track after yesterday's wobble

RebeccaMumsnet · 03/05/2016 20:14

Yup, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries won't last a day in my house. Funny how I'm left with the bruised apples and bananas. May have to get a fruit bowl for my room Wink

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 06/05/2016 07:16

2lb loss for me this week which I'm surprised by as didn't track over long weekend. Have been very active this week. Out walking in the sunshine so maybe that has made a difference.

Well done on the losses everybody! I lost 3.5lbs this week and I'm delighted! Well on track for my 20lbs in 10 weeks. I've had s wick scan back and I reckon since the beginning of May we've lost 18.5lbs That's pretty good going!

bettybyebye · 06/05/2016 16:21

Wow well done once, downstairs, Rebecca and resurgo!
I am having a tricky week - I think I have sort of written it off in my head so not trying v hard. Trying to concise myself with the fact that a more relaxed day now is a lot less bad than it was before I started ww!
