Does anyone want to join me?! Smile I need to lose 3 stone hopefully a stone and but in time for March if I can!

I'm already a member of ww online I have the app and just getting used to the new smart points system! Like a refresh think it will be good to do something new again!

Bought a fit bit with xmas money and had it two days love it already! It updates activity points onto the ww app though I won't be eating these.

Hopefully if anyone joins me we can motivate each other

Also off the wagon. Lunch out today, tomorrow. Then easter. Would be happy to maintain this week!

poorpaws · 20/03/2016 20:08

Oh dear so many of us jumping off the wagon! Last week we saw huge losses on here and I'm wondering if any of us can do well this week.

I gained 2lbs. Last week I was 1/4 lb off losing my first stone and hitting my first target. Now I am obviously 2 1/4 pounds off. My first target was to lose one stone in the first three months of the year so I now have 11 days to lose 2 1/4 pounds to keep on target and of course it's Easter! It would be wonderful if I could actually keep to my target but somehow I don't think it's going to happen.

What is everyone planning to do over the Easter period? As I see it we have 3 options

  1. Keep to the plan as normal, ignore the eggs and hope to lose a few pounds.
  2. Give in a little to temptation but not enough to gain much weight and maybe
stay the same.
  1. Jump off the wagon and think "sod it, it's Easter", and deal with the fall-out the
week after possibly with a few regrets.

So which one will you choose? (Or possibly you have a plan I haven't thought of!)
I'm still deciding but could be swayed by a good idea. 😀

Hello. I'm rejoining this thread again. I signed up to WW at the start of the year, lost 6lb, then gave up. I then put 2-3lb back on. I started WW again last monday and I've lost 2lb this week. I lost it a bit over the weekend though, I had a lovely pizza followed by ice cream on Saturday night and wine on both Friday and Saturday.

I'm really going to try and stick to it this time. I only want to lose 7lb, it's not that much but I can't seem to do it!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 20/03/2016 20:53

I'm still on it, just didn't weigh as took DD to see little mix !

Juliecloud · 20/03/2016 21:26

Has anyone tried Skyr yogurt? I got a big pot of it and the app tells me it's 3SP for 150g. It's quite filling and doesn't have sweeteners in it like muller lights. I liked it.

Drinksforeveryone · 21/03/2016 06:48

I haven't veered from plan. Every day I have been within my SP allowance. I'd better see a result on the scale this morning!

Easter won't be happening here (Is DH's birthday too) as our class is open on Easter Monday. So have to stay on track. (Could always stash some choc for Monday afternoon ;) )

I have bought Skyr yogurt before - a while ago though. I liked it as it is quite satisfying inthe mouth i.e. not watery. Have been shopping at Lidl recently though and they don't sell it. Where did you buy it Juliecloud ?

Miffytastic · 21/03/2016 09:41

My parents do Easter with gusto, so will certainly be having next Sunday off when we eat with them. No weigh in next Monday anyway.
I'm a bit dismayed about how high point hot cross buns are, so will limit myself on those. Planning to keep the running going so fingers crossed I can STS.

Wondering what the WI score will be for me today - had friends over at the weekend so there was cake and wine :/

bettybyebye · 21/03/2016 10:02

Paws I love the options you have worked out - I'm planning/hoping to do option 2!

But...2 1/4 pounds in 11 days is totally doable so I think you should go for it!

Drinksforeveryone · 21/03/2016 11:49

Result!

4lbs lost. That's after no loss my first week.

it does show that Ihave been sticking to plan.

Easter won't be too bad here. Most of our family are away on hols - so will be quiet. I doubt that I'll get any Easter eggs. :)

RupertPupkin · 21/03/2016 13:03

After three weeks of amazing losses (including 6lb in the first week) I have lost NOTHING this week (my fourth)!

I stayed within points, ate all my weeklies and most of my exercise points since I was out on Saturday night but WTF?

My period is due in a few days (am spotty and grumpy). Could that be it? Please someone tell me that's it!

RupertPupkin · 21/03/2016 13:10

Well done to everyone else reporting losses though!

Miffytastic · 21/03/2016 14:10

Rupert -definitely! I bet you'll lose next week

bettybyebye · 22/03/2016 11:25

2lb off for me today Smile

Slimmingmum2016 · 22/03/2016 14:33

Well done you! I'm starting Saturday is it easy to follow? X

poorpaws · 22/03/2016 19:19

OMG I have been given the biggest bar of chocolate today for Easter. I didn't know they made them that big!!! I'm a chocoholic trying to lose weight. Hellppp!,

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 22/03/2016 20:30

I'm option 2! Hoping to generally eat healthily with a few treats. Will be happy to stay the same and start back on it next Tuesday.

Have already started on my easter egg!!

Charliej86 · 23/03/2016 11:15

Full of cold and struggling to eat. Even if I can I have a teething 8month old with cold too so don't get much time. As poop as I feel I mite just get a nice loss haha

Juliecloud · 23/03/2016 12:35

Well done on all the losses!

I got the Skyr yogurt in Tesco.

I've bee sticking to it this week although I do find it a struggle. I find I need to eat some of my weekly points every day otherwise I am starving. I am contemplating splitting the weeklies and adding them on to each day.

Easter, hmmmm, I don't know what to do. We're going to the ILs and I suspect there will be a lot of very tasty food on offer. I think I'll try to have small portions of things rather than not have it at all.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 24/03/2016 06:40

First weigh in for two weeks tonight Confused . Have stuck to my points but not sure if that will make a loss.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 24/03/2016 19:04

2lbs off Grin

bettybyebye · 25/03/2016 06:54

Well done Ken!

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 25/03/2016 08:52

Yay despite not counting points all week but trying to be sensible i.e. big lunch small dinner... have lost 2 lbs!
