Does anyone want to join me?! Smile I need to lose 3 stone hopefully a stone and but in time for March if I can!

I'm already a member of ww online I have the app and just getting used to the new smart points system! Like a refresh think it will be good to do something new again!

Bought a fit bit with xmas money and had it two days love it already! It updates activity points onto the ww app though I won't be eating these.

Hopefully if anyone joins me we can motivate each other

NO COUNT is anyone doing it, have you got any advice or tips etc

I did this about 10 years ago when it was filling foods or something like that and really enjoyed it and it worked for me.

I've had a bit of a rollercoaster ride in the past 9 months as my mum has been ill and in hospital and now a nursing home and I've put about 20lbs on - some people lose weight when they're stressed, me, I put it on!! 😀🍷🍮🎂.
So Ive decided I'd come back to ww and sort myself out and I've signed for online ps I'm 5' 7" and 12st 11lbs

Uphillanddowndale12 · 11/03/2016 18:31

Anyone here??

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 11/03/2016 18:32

Good luck with no count. I've never tried it.

Lost another 6lbs this week Smile

Need lots of willpower tonight. Had an exhausting day with kids and all I can think of is chocolate!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 11/03/2016 20:08

6lbs , my word that's terrific . You've achieved in two weeks what it took me 7 to do !!!
I do no count some days if I'm hungry and there is plenty of variety

Charliej86 · 11/03/2016 20:12

I just want everything. Tonight I ended up having sausage, chips, pineapple ring & gravy plus almost a bottle of wine. Weigh in in the morning. If I had sweets or crisps I'd eat them too

poorpaws · 12/03/2016 20:11

Weigh in tomorrow

I would like to do as well as Ken. I might just crack a tooth tomorrow night 😳

paneerandpeas · 12/03/2016 21:09

Well done on your losses Ken and oncetwice I hope I manage to do as well on Monday, feeling a bit nervous!

I took dd to the pics and Nandos tonight, was pleasantly surprised that a double chicken pitta was only 9sp. I had water to drink so no extra points there and felt very virtuous in the cinema with the 3 sweets I had added to dd's pick 'n' mix bag for myself.

I really need to start to do some exercise so tomorrow we're going on a country walk. I have this crazy idea of signing up for a 25 mile charity hike in August. It seems absurd that 4+ stone overweight completely unfit me could do something like that, but on the other hand why shouldn't I be able to? If I just bite the bullet and sign up I'll have to train for it then won't I! What do you think?

I've only ate 10 of my 42 weekly points so far, can't see that I'll eat the rest tomorrow, plan on taking a picnic on our walk and be home for tea. How does everyone else find their weekly points and whether they eat them affect their weight loss?

Charliej86 · 13/03/2016 09:08

I lost .5lb. I'm not sure how but it took me into next stone down.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 13/03/2016 09:22

Go on Charlie !!! Grin

Drinksforeveryone · 13/03/2016 18:02

Please may I come in ? ;)

I re-joined at my local WW last Monday. So weigh-in is tomorrow Shock.

I've been pretty much on plan from Tuesday onwards last week. I didn't feel like I have lost anything though ?

Have had a mix of Smart Points and No Count.

Fingers crossed!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 13/03/2016 21:14

Hoya Drinks , good luck with the weigh in !

MissMooMoo · 13/03/2016 22:41

Hi everyone! finally brave enough to join this thread as I know that this ww journey will be successful.
I have lost 12 lbs since 11/01 of this year, feeling really happy with myself that I am in the zone and following the plan.

poorpaws · 13/03/2016 23:06

I actually got on and off the scales about 9 or 10 times! I've lost 4 1/2 pounds which is the most I've ever lost in one week. Will soon have lost my first stone now so feeling very pleased with myself today.

Well done Charlie and Once - we've had some brilliant losses this week really high numbers.

Good luck for anyone weighing in soon, let's try and keep the high numbers up for everyone!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 14/03/2016 06:13

Get in there paws !!!! Grin

Drinksforeveryone · 14/03/2016 07:42

Good work poorpaws

I am still dreading my weigh in today. I have weighed o my own scales and not lost a gram. Even dreamt that I had put on 2lbs ? It's bad when it's affecting my sleep.

Ah well - meeting is at 10.00am today so will brave it out.

I know I've been following the plan - so at some point it will work.

Paws woop! well done :D

Welcome new folk and good luck those of you with WIs today, like me.
I've had a funny weekend - made OK choices but had a meal that I couldn't control (IYKWIM) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Have been for a run and out dancing so fingers crossed it'll balance out. Also when I weighed at home on Friday I was happily low. Would love to lose 3 more pounds to be eligible for our group's easter challenge sweepstake- to enter you had to lose 7lbs in 6 weeks. Not sure if I'll manage it, we'll see tonight...

Uphill I'm not doing NC this time around, I have done it in the past and it's worked OK, but I have an inkling I lose more when I count as I struggle a bit with portion control.

Miffytastic · 14/03/2016 11:30

Drinks STS is better than gaining, don't let it put you off

Drinksforeveryone · 14/03/2016 13:05

Yes - I know. But generally expect a big loss first week.

I will keep at it. I did re-start doing a lot of exercise. Have been quite idle for a few weeks due to an injury - but since last Monday have done 4 runs, a workout class and two very long walks. My muscles feel 'heavy' - so am hoping that it's a bit of fluid retention in the muscles ?

Going to the shops now to stock up on more veggies, fish and chicken for some healthy meals.

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 14/03/2016 13:33

Trying to motivate myself to get out for a nice long walk as the weather is so good but the baby has fallen asleep on me and looks so comfy!
Fingers crossed I can transfer her to pram without waking her!

poorpaws · 14/03/2016 20:09

Drinks don't be put off, keep on and you will win in the end. Remember the tortoise wins the race.

I can't really believe what I did today! I actually went into Marks and Spencer's cafe and DIDNT have cake!!!!!! This is a massive step for me I really love those cakes. I chose jacket potato with chicken curry over it and side salad with black tea which according to their board was around 495 calories and it was lovely.

I am possibly going to Nandos for lunch on Friday and I love their carrot cake. See a pattern anyone? 😀😀

I will be happy with any loss this week! Good luck everyone and thank you for all the encouragement.

poorpaws · 14/03/2016 20:12

Once I have no choice in motivating myself for long walks every day, I have three dogs. That is 6 eyes following me around until I take them out but I always get a good steps count on my Fitbit.

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 14/03/2016 20:27

I didn't know m&s did jacket potato with curry. Had it with chilli last week. Curry sounds better - how many points?

Went for an hours walk. So glad I did. Such a nice day

poorpaws · 14/03/2016 20:41

No sure of the points yet (I'm still doing old pro points so about 45 calories per point). I can really recommend it, not too spicy and large chunks of chicken - 495 calories but filling (I didn't use the dressing on the salad).

Miffytastic · 14/03/2016 23:38

Lost another half pound tonight, slow and steady tortoise here.... not bad considering I have had some meals forced on me IYSWIM (sandwiches in meetings and Sunday lunch)
