Does anyone want to join me?! Smile I need to lose 3 stone hopefully a stone and but in time for March if I can!

I'm already a member of ww online I have the app and just getting used to the new smart points system! Like a refresh think it will be good to do something new again!

Bought a fit bit with xmas money and had it two days love it already! It updates activity points onto the ww app though I won't be eating these.

Hopefully if anyone joins me we can motivate each other

Sight not site sorry I'm tired

ChristmasEvePJs · 03/03/2016 10:12

Welcome Maurice.

Poor paws today is a whole new day, get back on it! Think how far you have come already, even weigh it out on the scales and imagine having to carry it around with you every single day... you can do this!!!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 03/03/2016 20:40

1lb off for me tonight meaning I need 1.5lbs to make my stone before Easter Smile

NiceandaSlice · 03/03/2016 21:29

Hello can I join? Did WW 7 years ago but loss stalled on Propoints so I quit, then a few years later got pregnant ... Joined up again on Monday. It seems the new points are a bit divisive but so far I think it is making me choose more healthy good? Eg not a "light" syntheticy pudding but a piece or fruit or some popcorn? Still taking me time to adjust to the WW points mentality again though.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 03/03/2016 21:33

Hello Nice ! The smart points take adjusting to but it's the premise of reducing sugar . I have found that I'm changing my eating habits . A treat is a real treat instead of being a daily occurance.

NiceandaSlice · 03/03/2016 21:38

Lol typo filled - should have said healthy food, not good! I'm terrible with "little treats" KenDodds so I am hoping that making sugar more of a big deal will help me cut down. Never had much of a sweet tooth until I had my daughter but got a cake habit when I was on maternity leave and tend to go for sugar when I feel down. Have eaten four apples this week, one a day, am normally terrible at eating fruit!

NiceandaSlice · 03/03/2016 21:38

And awesome on your lb off!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 03/03/2016 21:46

I was always a savoury person until I had DD then it was biscuits , cake , sweets for energy and I didn't stop. The first few days killed me , headaches and dizziness but it made me realise what I was doing . Porridge and cinnamon has been a good start to the day and satsumas as well - nice and sweet .

poorpaws · 03/03/2016 23:30

PJs I'm back on it today mainly due to your support, thank you.

I had a day from hell today unexpectedly and would have normally caved but stayed strong.

Welcome Nice there is a lot of support here.

Ken you are doing brilliantly and put me to shame 😀

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 04/03/2016 07:15

First week weigh in... lost 7lbs! Yay.
Now I just need to keep motivated when losing smaller amounts each week Smile

2anddone · 04/03/2016 11:33

Well done once on your 7lb loss. I did similar the first week and now on week 3 and only lost 2lb which I know is good but a bit disappointing after a couple of weeks of 4-6lb losses! Thanks for writing your post as it's helped me remember to stay motivated too!! :) Having an OK week but out for dinner tonight so hoping I don't get tempted and remember to choose sensibly!!

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 04/03/2016 13:04

Thanks. I remember from previous ww stints how tough it is when the losses tail off but sadly can't expect to lose half a stone each week!
Losing 2lb a week is great. In fact losing anything each week is great!

KenDoddsDadsDog · 04/03/2016 13:25

Well done that's a mint loss !!!
Have put a smaller size pair of jeans on today feels great Grin

oncetwicetwotimesamummy · 04/03/2016 15:03

That's excellent. Have managed to get out of maternity jeans this week but still a size bigger than pre baby!
Missing my stretchy waistband.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 04/03/2016 20:31

I figured snug jeans instead of loose jeans will keep up the weight loss !

Charliej86 · 05/03/2016 14:27

4lb loss today and 10% certificate + keyring. Feeling very happy with that. As much as I miss my OH when he's away it does me good. He's away for 12days again from Monday wifi gets crossed for another 2 good losses. Xx

KenDoddsDadsDog · 05/03/2016 21:56

Charlie that's brilliant !!! Well done Grin Flowers

NiceandaSlice · 06/03/2016 19:22

That's brilliant Charlie! And Oncetwice, also awesome!

NiceandaSlice · 06/03/2016 19:31

1st weigh in tomorrow. I went out on Friday and had far more to drink that planned, although I did stick within my weeklies I then got a surprise meal out from DH for Mother's Day which has pushed me over by 5. 0 point soup for tea and hope!

Miffytastic · 07/03/2016 10:16

Morning all, anyone else need to join me in a 'getting back on the straight and narrow' tack today? Had some lovely hotel and mothers day influenced eating. I did feel a bit out of sorts eating the three course meal I had on Friday. Not used to that much food at the moment. Going to avoid the scales today as don't want to pay for being over which I fear I may be. I hereby promise I'll be back next week though

Bought a new dress on ebay which arrived on saturday. I gambled on getting it in a 12 as my 14 is too tight (it's a seasalt cord dress, they do it each year in different patterns). I can just about squeeze in it but a few less pounds would certainly help. Then I may need to get my 14 one taken in, but how easy is it to do that in cord I wonder?

ChristmasEvePJs · 07/03/2016 13:37

Well done Charlie and ken! I am back on it today miffy, following too many mothers day treats!!!

bettybyebye · 07/03/2016 16:30

Well done on the recent losses! I too am back on it today after altogether too much cake over the weekend 😳 Not sure if I'll be able to pull it back before Tuesday morning's weigh in though!

Charliej86 · 07/03/2016 17:31

Had a real urge for turkey dinosaurs, smiley faces & beans (yes I'm a big kid) but I've had a quite high point lunch so will be good and find something else. Not sure what yet.

poorpaws · 07/03/2016 21:19

Yes Miffy I'll join you. I gained 2 1/2 pounds and I'm furious with myself. It happens every single time without fail, I get into the 10sts am overjoyed and the following week I'm back in the 11s. It's as if I sabotage my efforts! I did have the meal out and then a family drama happened unexpectedly but I always turn to food. It's not as if eating a load of chocolate is magically going to sort the family out but I always eat when I'm upset. After all these years I should know better. Last week I was over the moon with happiness at losing 3 lbs, this week I feel devastated and worthless. New start then Miffy. Good luck to you and all the others trying so hard.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 07/03/2016 21:35

Don't feel worthless poor paws. It's a few off track days in a sea of great losses.
