FairhairedandFrustrated · 31/05/2010 21:10

Today I have had:

Apple
1 Alpen light bar
salad made up of tuna, ham, cottage cheese, beetroot & banana
Dinner of chicken fillet marinaded in honey & sweet chilli sauce served with rice
1 honeycomb bar with chocolate coating
an orange

Am absolutely craving something, unsure what just yet!

dinkystinky · 31/05/2010 21:14

Fairhaired wins the cornthin star for today. How did banana salad work out???

bobbiewickham · 31/05/2010 21:14

Suppose it's not too bad, when I think about it.

Not going to eat anything else though.

Everyone doing v well, aren't they? Generally healthy diets all round, give or take the odd treat.

Fairhaired - you must be starving! Eat something, girl!

Night all!

pointydog · 31/05/2010 21:15

a cornthin star for a crunchie?

pointydog · 31/05/2010 21:16

or for bravery for adding banana to that salad?

dinkystinky · 31/05/2010 21:16

Cornthin star for dressing it up in zone styleee speak

FairhairedandFrustrated · 31/05/2010 21:16

I set it at the other side of the plate from the tuna so it wasn't fishy banana....but it touched the beetroot so looked like a v girly banana... Was nice - the kids had some sliced onto the side of their plate so rather than waste it, I ate it.

The kids had tuna sandwiches with sides of banana a doughnut and grapes so I feld the room before the crusty white bread with real butter called to me!

FairhairedandFrustrated · 31/05/2010 21:17

It was so not a Crunchie... it was honeycomb with chocolate which cost 65p from the Candy Store two weeks ago - it was languishing in the fruit bowl dresser & today I give in to temptation!!

pointydog · 31/05/2010 21:18

The Candy Store - the very name makes me think it was out of date

FairhairedandFrustrated · 31/05/2010 21:20

LOL it could have been!! came in clear cellophane with no nutritional information or anything on it!

Oh well, on the bright side, it may cause me to vom later

pointydog · 31/05/2010 21:23

yes, I know the sort of thing. You were quite right to say 'chocolate coating'

JackBauer · 31/05/2010 21:36

Mmmm, i love honeycomb chocolate!

Today I have had

Bowl alpen,
OJ
2 coffees each with 2 sugars
Brie and grape sandwich (first time I havehad a sandwich for lunch in aaaaaaaaaages)
Big wedge homemade cherry tom quiche
2 apples
4 iced gems.

Oops.

Driving home tomorrow so will no doubt pig on something to keep me going, I can't seem to help it, I stop for DD1 to havea wee and get them an snack and a pain au choc ends up in my sweaty fist.

Wieghing tomorrow as well when I get home, eek.

BudaisintheZONE · 31/05/2010 21:47

Well today I discovered basement was flooded again!!!!!!! Guy came and vacuumed up water. They think it is coming in from wall. Could be big job to fix. And it is chucking it down again!!!

Today's food:

granola and half a banana
peach and a yoghurt
chicken salad with yoghurt dressing
2 oatcakes with hummus
soup
2 pieces chicken tikka
about 6 flaxseed tortilla chips with salsa

not enough water but did have 2 cups of green tea.

Night all!

pointydog · 31/05/2010 21:50

oh what a water nightmare, buda. I fear water problems

Themasterandmargaritas · 31/05/2010 21:55

Just been to SATC2, absolutely hilarious and about as non PC a film as you could imagine. There was a lot of tutting from the Kenyan/Indian audience.

Today I have had:
2 weetabix and slice of toast
sandwich with philly and cuc plus two chezza toms
two tiny bananas
handful of cashews
a tiny handmade bisuit
a coke
a pizza, properly made like, none of this cheap crap.
a glass of wine

That's a lot of carbs. I'll run tomorrow.

NB note NO wotsits cheesy puffs, no crunchie chocolate covered honeycomb.

FairhairedandFrustrated · 31/05/2010 22:18

PIZZA?? Hey girl, there's no such thing as a healthy pizza, no matter HOW you dress it up!!

tostaky · 31/05/2010 22:19

Buda - good luck with the leak!!

well i hope this separation anxiety thing is not going to last too long, i can barely disappear to the loo without DS1 screaming "mummy!mummy!"

food today:
special K + coffee
2 peaches
handful of hazelnuts
small portion of pasta + fillet steak
2 bits of cheese + small bit of bread
lots of water
1 alcohol-free beer
lettuce + tomato salad
very creamy cheese + bread
handful of cherries

so yes i overdid the cheese today but im on hols in france so what can i do??!! tomorrow is another day.
Also went walking for an hour in the forest with 6.3kg strapped to my chest (ie. DS2), hopefully that will offset some of the cheese!

ReshapeWhileDamp · 31/05/2010 23:58

Hello all the slimmsters! Just dropping in to see how fab everyone is being.

Still pregnant (as far as I can see), still biffing for two but only seem to have put on about 4lb from the time I stopped losing, which is frankly miraculous, as I seem to have rediscovered those Bad Things I only eat when pregnant (jam doughnuts, crisps, etc). I do think my time here made me feel different about sweet stuff, because I'm not that motivated to gorge on it now (apart from Haribo).

Coco, am at threading eyebrows - was meant to get mine done this weekend but didn't have time. Nobody does it out here in sticks, have to schlep into Reading for it.

BudaisintheZONE · 01/06/2010 09:42

Morning all!

Hi REshape! How many weeks are you now? Balance the Bad Things with lots of Good Things too and you should be ok.

Where is everyone this morning?

It is a wet and miserable and wintry day here in Budapest. Am a fair weather walker so didn't do my walk.

Off out for lunch later. Not sure if any of you remember the baby shower I was supposed to go to which was cancelled because baby came early? Well it's happening today WITH baby!

Will try to zone but I think it may be a set menu.

dinkystinky · 01/06/2010 10:41

Morning all. Reshape - nice to see you back on and good to hear all is going well.

Buda - cant believe you're flooded again, what a nightmare! Enjoy your post baby arrival shower.

I have made a corn thin rosette to give to today's best zoner. There, that'll get you all competitive-zoning away wont it

dinkystinky · 01/06/2010 10:42

P.s. Tostaky - bfing is a v good excuse to eat some lovely stinky cheese (in moderation). Love it with cherries. V

dinkystinky · 01/06/2010 16:02

Where is everybody? All out there focused on zoning it so you can claim the cornthin rosette?
