Undertone · 11/06/2010 12:23

SO CUTE

Am 14 stone 1 this morning, so another pound chipped away.

As soon as I get my life back from work and start exercising again it'll start falling off of me, I tell ya.

Well done to all - sorry I can't read it all through.

CheeeseOnToast · 11/06/2010 12:24

dinkystinky · 11/06/2010 13:50

Morning all - well done losers. Non-losers you know what to do - back in the zone with you please. Jack - fab news on your measurement changes. Nice to see you back on Cyb.

TMAM - love the photos. Your puppy is a cutester.

Down to 10 5 again today so the yoyo lb is currently off. Am off today and Monday looking after kids so not so sure much zoning will go on over the next four days -and exercise will be limited to hoicking small people around and out of places they shouldnt be.

Long time no see. Have been v busy indeed in RL.

Have been very much in the zone despite not having time to sign in here. Current stats...

START WEIGHT - 10st 5lb (dress size 12-14)
CURRENT WEIGHT - 9st 9lb (dress size 10 -12)
TOTAL LOSS - 10lbs

Height - 5ft 7in

Now to read through everything I've missed and how you're all getting on...

pointydog · 11/06/2010 18:29

10st 9ib, another pound hits the skids. Total lost = 13lb.

NomDePlume · 11/06/2010 18:45

Well done pointy

jack, your inch loss is brill.

In fact, we all seem to have lost. Yipee.

Today's food is/was

BREAKFAST - 2x crumpets with a smear of cottage cheese and a slice of thin nice ham

LUNCH - Pot of grapes & a banana

DINNER - Smoked salmon fillet, 3 small baby new potatoes, griddled asparagus (with extra virgin olive oil not butter) and a corn on the cob (done in the oven in foil)

JackBauerDeservedAHappyEnding · 11/06/2010 19:33

Oh good work nodeplume!

We had meatballs, I ended up witha halfarsed salad, my favourite

cornsilkcottagecheese · 11/06/2010 20:04

so far I've had 2 big bowls of oatso simple, 2 bananas and an apple. Am having tacos for tea and a bottle of wine for pudding. Have gymmed today so feel virtuous.

dinkystinky · 11/06/2010 20:30

So, have been home today with the boys - food intake today is 2.5 small piece of walnut bread toast (mostly mugged for it by small children), green tea x3, peppermint tea, chocolate biscuit (again mugged by small child for it), celery sticks and mackerel pate, half a pack of jelly beans (sharing with DS1), half an ice cream cone shared with DS2, half a sausage and a fricking huge g&t now have managed to wrangle both kids into bed in order to get over my trauma at DS2 shitting on DS1's bean bag - through his nappy and clothes - and having to clear that mess up only for DS2 to also poo in the bath he and DS1 were in. That child is not in my good books. We're having a curry tonight and back in the zone tomorrow. Done feck all exercise too - will go for a run tomorrow morning I think.

JackBauerDeservedAHappyEnding · 11/06/2010 22:42

I just had quarter of a cheesecake.

Sorry.

But the rigmarole of buying it was not worth it tbh.

I dropped 50p down the side of the conveyor belt as I was paying and it needed 3 customer service people to check, poke about and then authorise the checkout guy to be 50p short, which he wasn't, it's there!
But I wasn't about to take back my cheesecake.

Aitch · 11/06/2010 23:19

i was doing SO WELL but then dd2 wouldn't eat her ice cream. or the flake in it. so i stepped in.

JackBauerDeservedAHappyEnding · 11/06/2010 23:33

I feel your pain Aitch, been there.

DH has just told me how many calories are in teh cheesecake and refused to get me another slice. I am too tiredlazy to get it myself.

I can't decide whether to love him or hate him.

dinkystinky · 12/06/2010 11:11

You mummed up and completed the job Aitch...

Jack - there is a fab recipe in this month's zest for a cheesecake at a fraction of the calorie count - involves digestive biscuits, extra light cream cheese and quark so doesnt sound as appetising at the one you just trogged some of but it is possible to have relatively zoney cheesecake apparently...

Those studies that linked lack of sleep to biffing could use me as a case study. Another shite night of sleep thanks to DS2 (teething now appears to be conspiring with the ear infection and general rattiness) and so far this morning have had a bagel, muller light and glass of OJ...

NomDePlume · 12/06/2010 13:56

afternoon all

so far today

banana
4 ryvita with cottage cheese

minibiff confession - 8 chocolate fingers

Got mates coming over for food later so DH is cooking, on the menu is...

some mushroom bruschetta thingy
veggie lasagne (mate's DP is veggie so we all eat veggie when he comes, it's much easier that way)
cheese board - I won't hsve any

I'll stay off the wine as far as I can, apart from a teeny glass of red with my lasagne. I'll drink v&(slimline)t for most of the night, hardly any cals.

Have done a 30min / 3.5 miles row this morning plus some sit ups and a few bingo wing exercises with free weights.

LOL @ Jack's cheesecake drama

JackBauerDeservedAHappyEnding · 12/06/2010 15:36

Fuck it.

Not in the mood today.
had toast banana bread and some hobnobs, couldn't give a shit.
Dh being a cunt. feel like crap

sorry,

JackBauerDeservedAHappyEnding · 12/06/2010 15:38

fuck! I meant sorry for whining but I cannot be fannied recording what I have eaten when I am tired, been on the verge of tears for an hour and dd1 is pushing all my buttons today.
Am pissed off with dh for not pulling his weight but he was winding me up being here so I have sent him off on his bike, so rewarding him for being a lazy cock. sterling work there jack.

didn't shred yesterday, need to do it now but cannot be ARSED

dinkystinky · 12/06/2010 19:45

Jack - sod the shred, do your taebo work out - the punching and kicking is a great way to get rid of pent up frustration. And after that have a nice long bath and a huge vat of wine...

JackBauerDeservedAHappyEnding · 13/06/2010 06:48

Thanks dinky, I did do my shred, had curry for tea. DD's both calmed down a lot.
We had gone out for the morning to a loacl farm and they were shattered, plus it was all a bit new so they were both ultra clingy and whiney which just wound me up, it's like vuvuzelas in child form sometimes, dd1 Never Stops Talking.

Good idea re tae bo, might do that bthis week, have to play it though as I can't walk for a few days afterwards

Where is everyone?!
