Not a great result here. 99.6 kg which is up on last week. A pound. A bit fed up but I know why. NEED NEED NEED to exercise.

Am going dog walking with a friend this morning while it is cool but it won't be a fast walk I don't think. Will try do 20 mins on cross trainer later.

Have just measure and have lost 5cm off my hips and 4 off my waist! that is in 3 weeks but still, since I started that 21 lb and 52 cm. In 8 weeks.

9 stone 2.8 this morning. i'm pleased with that, i was 9.5 something last week so not bad in a week (think last week was so high due to pending period)
