I'm 4ft 10... and what weight I still have to lose sits in my midriff.

The lady who spray tanned me told me I had lovely skin and the one who put my make-up on was shocked when I told her I was 32... it's the height ya see, they all think I'm a well rounded child with huge knockers

Breakfast: Apple & banana chopped with low fat yoghurt.

Lunch: 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of turkey, grapes & cherry tomatoes.

Dinner: Maybe chow mein from chinese, it's low in sw syns & it's FILs birthday so we're going there for a take out.... or chop suey with boiled rice is a good choice too.

HAve also a meal on Tuesday night for my sister's birthday. They'll be wheeling me to class on Wednesday evening in a hand barrow.

CheeeseOnToast · 15/05/2010 14:16

Blimey all that for lunch was only 153 calories!!

cyb · 15/05/2010 14:22

gherkin if you can go into storte, their websirte is weird and usually bears no relation to shop stock

JACK and CORNY I hope you are not eating like weirdo's...porridge for Lunch AND breakfast Corny?

SuSylvester · 15/05/2010 14:22

i couldnt bear saggy tits to spray tan

FairhairedandFrustrated · 15/05/2010 14:26

I wore an old strapless bra!!

A friend once told me that spray tan caused her nipples to react and she had a scab on one of them after the tan, so I decided to play it safe.

Seeing as you're all looking for orange cardis, any chance you could find me a pink shortish one? Like a shrug with long sleeves?
Needs to be a brightish pink/fuschia to go with a pair of shoes for dds holy communion next wk.

cyb · 15/05/2010 14:29

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 15/05/2010 14:32

Champers duly lifted to the divine Miss B
Gotta be fizz where she is concerned, surely.

cyb · 15/05/2010 14:33

Her knockers are monumental

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 15/05/2010 14:34

Nearly as good as mine

But twice the age, obv.

VoulezVouzCrochezAvecJACK · 15/05/2010 14:35

mY SUSOUP
Tomato and basil.
Halve 6 or 7 tomatos and quarter an onion, chuck over a handful basil leaves and roast for half an hourish.
Put in pan and cover with water, add stock cube and simmer for 20ish minutes, blend, put in jug and help yourself (water it down more if you like)
I have been known to eat an entire jug of this in one day, it is filling and very tasty, but ridiculously low in calories.

Butternut squash soup next for me, chop up squash (leave skin on) add onion, then cook as above. yum.

Not eating weird, porridge or muesli for break, huge salad or soup or ryvita for lunch, whatever protein the others are having for tea with either stirfry or roasted veg and lots of fruit in between, that's okay, isn't it?

sorry Jack skip read your comment about cottage cheese and air!

SuSylvester · 15/05/2010 15:02

leave skin on?
does it whizz ok/

VoulezVouzCrochezAvecJACK · 15/05/2010 15:14

Whizzes fine, it comes out soft from roasting and that's before simmering it as well. My blender is a fiver cheapy one from tesco and it does it ok.
cyb, I wouldn't eat cottage cheese if it was the last thin on earth so that';s ok.

QUICK though, opinions on this

Great dress, Jack.

I bought this today.

It's really nice on, and the assistant gave me a really decent discount because I've got to know her over the years (she's worked in various shops around town) and we get on well.

Result!
