re pizza express, I ordered the nicoise and the dressing came in its own pot so I didn't have to have any. Pretty tasteless though.

I need to be more hardcore. I am not seeing change.

pointydog · 18/04/2010 20:03

I have used those ear drops for clearing out the wax and they have made me DEAF

pointydog · 18/04/2010 20:04

I am a deaf gutlord

CheeeseOnToast · 18/04/2010 20:17

lol at 'gutlord' pointy!

which drops? i could do with some

dinkystinky · 18/04/2010 20:24

Pointydog - are you exercising missus? If not, do. If your are, step it up a gear and change will come...

dinkystinky · 18/04/2010 20:26

Who is it on the thread doing the 30 day shred with the ossom lady? Have go the dvd and determined to start it from Thursday onwards in the evening - I figure 20 minutes of pain each evening will mean I can have more wine be worth it for figure over the summer purposes.

dinkystinky · 18/04/2010 20:27

Pointydog - DH regularly uses those. They always make him worse.

pointydog · 18/04/2010 20:28

no, am not exercising. Can't be doing with it. I will just eat less. Logically that should work, shouldn't it.

Otex ear drops. I wouldn't rush out to buy them just yet because they have made me much much deafer

pointydog · 18/04/2010 20:29

oh no, dinky. Really? This is going to be a nightmare at work. Maybe I'll make a doc appt tomorrow.

dinkystinky · 18/04/2010 20:31

Sorry pointy - but really. The only thing that works is the nurse with her big syringe washing out his ears. Hmm, I'm one lucky lady arent I

Yes, eating less will work - but will take longer to show. Eating less and exercising some will have quicker results, in theory.

I am exercising lots but eating all of my calorie deficit I think so having no change whatsoever at the moment... ho hum.

AitchTwoZone · 18/04/2010 20:41

.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 18/04/2010 20:41

I'm doing Ossom, Dinky. Routines are hard at first but I am a lot more toned and a lot fitter. Could do Davina's routines without breaking a sweat. Not so with Jillian. You need weights for levels 2 and 3.

pointy - Otex did the same with my DH. Has to get them syringed.

dinkystinky · 18/04/2010 20:47

Excellent - pain is what I need. I need my arms to be too stiff to be able to reach up to the biscuit tin. Cheers porridge.

Coco - meant to say woop woop on week without sugar. Well done you. Skin looks shite at end of first week of a detox - second week and you will glow with health my friend...

AitchTwoZone · 18/04/2010 20:53

a week without sugar is a huge achievement, coco, well done. it'll mean an end of your cravings, esp if you're cutting back on pasta etc as well. fantastic work.

AitchTwoZone · 18/04/2010 20:53

i shoudl really go running again. [guilt]

pointydog · 18/04/2010 21:01

ba d news re otex. I am a little deflated

AitchTwoZone · 18/04/2010 21:09

have always been terrified of otex, never tried it. it's hydrochloric acid or something, isn't it?

mix of tea tree and olive oil warmed through does work, though, ime. make a wee bain marie, then drip in with spoon. L U S H.

cyb · 18/04/2010 21:10

I used a spray olive oil form the chemist when I wnet mutton in one ear

it did help

pointydog · 18/04/2010 21:11

it is peroxide or something like that that sounds like bleach

JunoWatt · 18/04/2010 21:12

dog how did it go at PE

AitchTwoZone · 18/04/2010 21:14

ah yes peroxide. ffs. just the sort of thing you want in your EAR.

dinkystinky · 18/04/2010 21:16

Isnt that what people use to dye their hair?

pointydog · 18/04/2010 21:16

PE, I ordered salad nicoise and the dressing was served in a separate pot so no need to tuff up and make dietary demands.

Huge bowl of it though. PLus some non-diety things in it that I couldn't stop eating like potato and bread. I could not eat all teh lettuce leaves, gawd it was cud-tastic.

Had a baked potato for tea and I shouldn't have.

I will be v strict tomorrow

pointydog · 18/04/2010 21:17

yes, like hair dye. I reckoned I needed some hard stuff to clear out my shell likes.

This ear business is all fairly disastrous.

JunoWatt · 18/04/2010 21:18

cud-tastic
