Oi Hotsy pants on fire, i went to the pub once and had one pint!

Am 10.5 atm. Well, actually probably about 15 stone after last night - tapas snacks, wine, chinese and then juice and bacon and egg sarnie for brekker and roast chix for tea. oops Blush

Hope you had an ok weekend enya and your motivation was maintained Hots Smile

enyahadenough · 11/10/2010 07:16

CrispyTheCrisp · 11/10/2010 17:16

Swam 25 lengths and pilates soon. No chance of exercise tomorrow as in London all day, although will try and figure out a route to walk rather than tube it when i get there

FjorgynAndHotWater · 11/10/2010 18:07

Had a reasonable weekend food wise, and even went for a lovely walk and did some gardening, however the scales told a more horrifying tale this morning Hmm

Oh well been good with food today and had another two hours in the garden. Hoping to wee it all out today and start tomorrow on a more even keel Grin

FjorgynAndHotWater · 11/10/2010 21:20

Decided to have a bit of a change today so have biked instead of shredding, first time in aaaages Shock Totally red-faced, wobbly-legged and sweaty now, did 12 miles in 31:18 so not too bad. Going to have a cup of tea and lie down...

enyahadenough · 12/10/2010 09:24

well done hots Smile..biked my 20km yesterday walked to school, ran home Shock and walked there and back again...

ran home from school again this am tis only 0.8 miles but still its SOMETHING!! hoping to bike it/sit ups later Smile..

hope you get a good walk in fair old london today crisp Smile

enyahadenough · 12/10/2010 18:46

biked and school run complete yipee Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 12/10/2010 20:47

Well done enya Smile So sorry to hear about your uncle Sad and your new lump Sad you are really going through the mill at the moment. Am sure your new lump will just be another one the dsame as your last one

2x school run here too, half of which done at a bit of a dash Blush. Have done another couple of hours in the garden too so feeling reasonably virtuous. Got a work day-long workshop tomorrow though in a hotel, so may fall at the buffet hurdle...

CrispyTheCrisp · 13/10/2010 12:55

Well done ladies, especially you Enya with everything else going on. GOod to use exercise as your constant and focus I guess?

I have to fess up to yesterday being VERY BAD BlushBlush. Was taken out for lunch and had moules marinere & chips with wine and then Burger King on the train home Blush

On the positive side, everyone else at lunch had 2 courses and i had one and i didn't succumb to munchies when i got home.

Also, i am not going to let that tip the balance to say 'oh well, f*ck it' and give up. So, with that resolve i have done Body combat this morning, a slice of toast with Phili and smoked salmon for lunch and will try and do healthy tea.

enyahadenough · 13/10/2010 13:03

well done on body combat crispy and yummy lunch Smile..

ran home from school {i must look mad to others}Grin 20km and sit ups done.. just second half of school run to complete...

foodwise not to bad but have been reaching for the kiddies sweeties Blush

CrispyTheCrisp · 13/10/2010 13:34

Enya, i think you have burned enough calories for a whole packet of sweets!

Just had a text from Hots who has swerved the pastries and cookies on the buffet

Smile Hurrah Smile

enyahadenough · 13/10/2010 14:32

Hurrah for hots GrinGrin moved away from the sweeties and onto prunes Hmm not having the same wow factor Grin

FjorgynAndHotWater · 13/10/2010 18:55

I avoided lunchtime cake too, and afternoon biscuits Shock and even only had a small portion of lunch, mainly protein to stave off the hunger pangs which really seemed to work. Feeling very virtuous Grin

enya prunes may help to lose a lb or two the other way... Wink

crispy well done for regaining the healthy way after yesterday's Shock. Would love a burger king too Blush

CrispyTheCrisp · 13/10/2010 20:14

Healthy ways gave way to wine Blush

I am SOOooooooo crap at this.....

FjorgynAndHotWater · 13/10/2010 20:30

not to worry crispy, you're still 20lb to the good compared to me so have a leetle wiggle room...

CrispyTheCrisp · 14/10/2010 10:19

Walked to preschool and ran back uphill - ouch. Poor DD1 had to walk there (i gave her a piggy back for the uphill bits Hmm) so i didn't have the pushchair to impede my running. V achy now.

Good day today and then wine and curry on the menu tomorrow night for a girls night GrinBlush

enyahadenough · 14/10/2010 10:38

well done on the run crispy.. i too ran home from school but no uphill Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 14/10/2010 11:08

Lightweight Wink

FjorgynAndHotWater · 14/10/2010 22:04
