OK, during the last thread I managed to lose the grand total of...nothing in fact I am a few pounds up [sigh]

Have lost maybe an inch from bust waist and hips so that is something I guess, but I will not be in the same position at the start of the next thread. Sazz Someone give me a stern talking to

Body combat completed - i think i did enjoy it more this week, however i am not sure whether it is as good a hitting the treadmill for 45 mins. If not too much work on tomorrow i think i will run as i am missing it a teensy bit Hmm

Am Shock and [dead impressed] at TheGardenMan's 1/2 marathon time. c.15km/hr if my maths are correct. I can barely do 10km/hr and only keep that up for 1/4 of a marathon!

luckoftheirish · 06/10/2010 13:14

well done crispy!!! i have been biking it for so long now that any other exercise just doesn't give me the buzz iykwim.. so know how you feel about treadmill!! also nice to see what calories you are burning!!

usual 20km down with sit ups.. half school run completed.. hoping for other half if weather holds Hmm and off out for girls night tonight! yipee Grin..

please can we agree what to do about namechanging etc as keep getting confused Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 06/10/2010 19:49

I actually had a really good buzz from the Body Combat, but have this feeling that as it is not so continuously aerobic that it is not as good as just running. I dunno Confused

Just had sausages (ones from River COttage so i am sure they must be good for me Grin), mash and beans. Delish, but not necessarily diet friendly Hmm

CrispyTheCrisp · 07/10/2010 17:37

Walked 5 miles on school run. Food ok

Not sure what to expect for weigh in tomorrow, but hope it is good for you ladies

hotterpotter · 07/10/2010 18:40

Good walking again crispy! I've been for a walk at lunchtime but prob only managed 2 miles. Will shred tonight; didn't manage last night as fell asleep putting the children to bed and woke up at 8.45pm feeling like shite Blush

Been pretty good with food, had a tiny ice cream and one biscuit today but salad for lunch and tea. Going to drink 2 pints of water between now and bedtime and hope that does the trick Grin

Re the thread and changing names, was thinking that as the cakey one has had all the posts relating to her cake empire deleted there is less need for subterfuge, so we could either keep as Aug 08 hotmamas and post with new names or just have a hotmamas thread without the Aug 08 reference. Anyone who read the thread would soon get bored realise it's not for them. What do you few all think? Am fed up of changing nickname every time I want to post though, it's putting me off posting on either thread Blush

hotterpotter · 07/10/2010 18:41

I forgot you had already suggested HotMamas without the Aug08 bit crispy Blush, shall we just go with that?

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 07/10/2010 18:51

Sounds good Hots - go for it......

hotterpotter · 07/10/2010 19:41

But there are 41 posts left on this thread; surely I can lose 9lb before the end and be back where I started at the beginning... BlushBlushBlush

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 07/10/2010 19:50

Up to you. I can continue to change coats for 41 posts so will leave it with you. And yes, 9lbs is perfectly possible seeing as there are only 3 of us left regularly gossiping with a fewm(always welcome) passers by

hotterpotter · 07/10/2010 20:19

Shock stop wasting posts... Wink

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 07/10/2010 20:24

Sorry, what? I didn't catch that, was watching TV Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 07/10/2010 20:25

Could you repeat.....?

CrispyTheCrisp · 07/10/2010 20:25

Oh, and have you seen LOTI?

hotterpotter · 07/10/2010 21:24

Oi git Grin

loti was off on a girls' night out last night so maybe she's sleeping off a hangover...

Just finished shredding, am knackered now. Time to go and make chocolate mousse healthy low cal pudding for tomorrow's tea. Fingers crossed for the morning Smile

UrsulaUndress · 07/10/2010 22:01

Gosh I can't shred in the evenings, well done!

Ran 5K today, tis all. Ate 2 fairy cakes and no dinner Hmm yes this is the way forward NOT.

I can't even be bothered with swapping coats.

CrispyTheCrisp · 07/10/2010 22:27

Ursula - The Lord would be happy with that swap, so you should be too. 5k is good, coats are optional. Chin up chick Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/10/2010 08:37

If you can't be bothered ursula then neither can I Smile 5km is v v good and no way could I do that...

Well I'm a bit disappointed to be -1.5lb this week when I was -2 on Wednesday morning, but it is still two weeks in the right direction, and, rather shockingly, the first time since January that I've managed to lose something two weeks in a row ShockBlush

11 weeks tomorrow...

CrispyTheCrisp · 08/10/2010 10:17

Tis still a loss Hots Smile

I am the same again . Man, this maintaining is hard work (5 exersazz's this week and no blowouts Sad). Back to the slog....

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/10/2010 10:30

You have been to the pub a couple of times though Wink and what are you now, about 10 3? I am 12 10 so it really should be easier to get it off again...

enyahadenough · 08/10/2010 11:36

me too cannot be bothered to change..

up 3/4lb Sad.. i have done exactly the same as last week.. only had 1/2 a wine spritizer when out and no food as it was pub grub... feel so disheartened..

well done on mantaining crispy and awesome news F {cannot spell ur new new name Blush}

agree with F 5km is awesome Urus xx

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/10/2010 13:18

enya just call me hots Grin

enyahadenough · 08/10/2010 13:21

thanks hots Grin.. spelling not my strong point if u hadn't already noticed Grin..

half school run done and weather ok so should be able to complete other half..

20km and sit ups so have reached my 100km again..i hate to think i would have to increase on that to lose again... i would have to give up sleep Grin

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/10/2010 13:28

You must be there or thereabouts re weight though? How many more lb do you want to lose? Even with a couple over your ideal you must surely be solid muscle with no wobbly bits by now Grin

enyahadenough · 08/10/2010 13:34

2 3/4lbs left to feel comfortable and hopefully get into a pair of jeans that i have been trying on for nearly a year and they still don't fit {they used too}.. so thats kind of what i am aiming for!!

Tho thoroughly peed off atm so i reckon the wine and munchies will be out this weekend Blush

enyahadenough · 08/10/2010 13:41

although as u are all aware my stupid weight had a tendency to fluctuate widely by 1/2 stone and i as i have been super super good, i fear once i relax the weight will slip right back on Hmm
