I just don't have that sort of time and if this week is an example to go by I don't know if I ever will was considering upping the CM to 3 days a week to help out but its all money isn't it

will need to give it some though

if only we had a gym with a fecking creche

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 19:33

Oh yes, goodness only knows what i do when i return to work. And that will only be PT, and i have a gym with a creche. I know i am very lucky so capitalising on it whilst i can IYSWIM

Can you be disciplined enough to do the Wii Fit in the evenings dizzy? I know hots has managed 1/2 on her bike most evenings. She is a better woman than me though as after bed time i just slump

dizzydixies · 02/10/2009 20:20

Sazz I know I should but by the time they're in bed and I get my tea and do the tidy/laundry/dishwasher routine its time for bed for me - I shouldn't sit on my arse on here or watching tv though

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 21:19

No need for excuses, i too am the same

dizzydixies · 02/10/2009 21:21

Sazz every need on my part to stop making excuses or I'll still be this lardy in another 6 yrs [meep]

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 21:25

We can kick you very hard gently if you like?

hotterpotter · 02/10/2009 21:26

Not much chance of a miraculous loss overnight here, have had a twix and a bun today It's been ridiculously stressful, have had two rows with DH today which is unheard of but hopefully sorted out and we are friends again.

Hope you all have a healthy week, I will be thinking of you as I am refraining from stuffing my face

iwascyteenagewerewolf · 04/10/2009 12:18

I realise you've already gone but hotter have a brilliant holiday

Just popping in to let you all know that I have completed week 1 of the couch to 5k running programme this morning so that's 3 runs, 1 yoga class and um 2 bouts of after hours exercise this week

Am hoping it'll make up for all the junk and wine I've consumed!

StrictlySazz · 04/10/2009 23:29

Pretty crap weekend here - nothing major, just a bit too much lovely food and wine and no exercise. i blame flo who has finally shown up. on the straight and narrow tomorrow

StrictlySazz · 05/10/2009 08:55

+2 this morning. Nothing unusual but still a bit galling. Never mind. grapefruit eaten, salad for lunch and small portion of tagine and loads of veggies for tea. I am hoping to do pilates at lunchtime as my midriff appears considerably more wobbly than it was before when it was full of rounded fat

Wishing you a good start to the week ladies

dizzydixies · 05/10/2009 09:51

had a long walk yesterday although not at any great speed due to DD2 being with us. banana on toast this morning for brekker - I always forget what a great filler upper that is!

will buy scales this week whilst I'm at work - can't face the town with the kids in tow although depending on when DH gets up I might nip over on my own OR with him

SazZaVoom · 06/10/2009 11:34

Morning, just sweated copiously in a very unattractive fashion at the gym. Not sure why the gym bunnies do not suffer the sunset glow face i seem to manage . Bit like >>>> this

10k cycle, 2k row, 1k swim and 15 minutes wobbling my bits (that's powerplate )

Oh, and have drunk 2 litres of water today too

Mission to banish those 2lbs this week

SazZaVoom · 06/10/2009 20:48

Grapefruit for brekker, salad niscoise for lunch (ooh have i been watching Mastershef? ) and shepherds pie and yoghurt for dinner. All very delish

How is everyone else or are you all keeping hots company on her HotMama's holiday?

dizzydixies · 06/10/2009 21:34

shake for brekker, tuna baguette for lunch and chicken with peppers and potatoes for tea

have been bad for water intake but couldn't get away from fecking desk and run off feet with parents night/rainbows and architect meeting this evening

about to head for bed so I don't start the tired/pointless snacking!! shall aim for town for my proper scales in the morning

SazZaVoom · 06/10/2009 21:48

I'll be bringing you some scales with me at this rate

dizzydixies · 07/10/2009 06:18

I know am hopeless!! Was going to nip into the town on my break yesterday but very lovely friend was also working early shift and he nipped down to join me for coffee - haven't see him in months so didn't want to miss that. Other lovely friend has texted me last night to say she'll meet me for my break today and as she is a size mini and very strict with her weight am not sure I fancy buying scales with her in tow will see - I might be brave

met a friend, by chance, yesterday whom I haven't seen in ages and she commented had I lost weight - now I think she was maybe being kind however was nice to hear it outloud from another skinny malinky

will try to be good again today although tis at times like this I wish I drank tea/coffee [eyes falling out of head emoticon]

SazZaVoom · 07/10/2009 08:23

Ah, lots of lovely friends . I must admit tea is my saviour, i drink 6-8 cups a day and it certainly keeps me from snacking

A lot of my friends are on the larger side, which is also bad because we just eat lots of lovely food together . Never happy are we?

I am off swimming shortly - i manage to squeeze in a sneaky 1/2hr before DD2's lesson and then netball this evening. No doubt in the rain

Hope work ok and enjoy your break

OOOOOOOOOOOpsacoconut · 07/10/2009 08:40

Morning

Just popping on to see how everyone getting on.

I have still not put on any weight which is good but if I carry on eating ready meals I will!

I meant to say thank you for everyone's support on here as our PCT has a BMI cut off of 30 for seeing the MW here rather than the consultant at the hospital for every appointment and I was weighed and measured yesterday and I have a BMI of 28 at nearly 7 weeks.

We are off for a big walk again today and hopefully will get a swim in this week too.

iwascyteenagewerewolf · 07/10/2009 10:29

That's good news oops

Haven't managed to go out running this week yet - was meant to go last night but DP didn't get home in time. Will go tomorrow and yoga at the weekend.

SazZaVoom · 07/10/2009 13:37

Oh, what good news Oops, i would certainly have been over 30 BMI with both my pregnancies so would have been caught by that ruling

Swam 40 lengths this morning so on track for 4 ExerSazz this week

Special K for brekker (both DD's got fed the same too ), ham salad and a packet of snack a jacks for lunch and leftover shepherds pie for tea. Should be under calorie target again today

dizzydixies · 08/10/2009 18:34

shake for brekker, sandwich for lunch, salad for tea (with baby new potatoes) terrible water intake and a packet of crisps

not looking good for weigh in tomorrow and will still be in the wii fit
