Morning

I have dfone my 4 exersazz this weeks - 3 big walks and a pain inducing session at the gym.

Not a good food weeked here - good lunch on Saturday - wrapless fajitas then we got home much later than planned DH went out got food and came back with pizza, I had a the words smallest pizza it was all of 4inches across - he got me my favorite but in Kiddy size so it wasn't too much for me. We went out to lunch yesterday too I had a small salad to start then roast beef and veg - DD ate my yorkshire pud then a mixed fruit crumble - no cream or icecream.

Dinner was mackeral salad and a small piece of camenbert with chilli jam.

DD is going in the buggy in a bit for a stomp into town as she is stroppy and tired and needs sleep.

hotterpotter · 14/09/2009 22:28

Bugger on the +3lb Sazz, must be the wine. You know it will all wee away in another day or two (that's what I'm hoping for mine)

Oops sounds like a pretty restrained weekend really in the circumstances. After all, we can't live on carrots and lettuce at all all the time I would love some Camembert, mmmmm, but can't buy it just yet as would still be tempted to eat half of it in one go

Been a bit naughty today and had 2 small scotch pancakes for pudding, they were very yummy too, but have made up for it by doing triple ExerSazz today - to nursery and back twice carting DS on my back (1 hour) and 30 minutes on the bike

Weed out my 3lb already and back down to last Friday's weight. Just need another 1/2lb and I'll be down to last Thursday's!

I had to go and rescue this thread out of Topics instead of out of Threads I'm On so that will tell you how negligent I have been.

Jeans sound fab Sazzles, agree wriggling in/out most sweatmaking.

What's with the midweek weighs then? I rely on the interval of a week to make sure something's off!

I have discovered gorgeous salad, don't actually have quants to hand but tis matchstick carrots, cuke and celery and the dressing is light soy, ww vinegar, sesame oil and a clove of garlic and tis all Oriental and tasty. Try it out!

hotterpotter · 15/09/2009 18:35

Welcome back VG, hope you are still making steady progress; that salad sounds yummy.

Some of us may weigh every day more than once a week, but when you have scales that weigh to the 1/4lb it's hard to resist . It can be quite a good kick up the bum actually on a Monday morning to see what damage a massive overindulgence bit of bread can do

Sazz your post of 16.01 had me and

Oops we'll stop weighing if you do [no chance]

Well to be honest hotsy I do weigh the bod morning & evening, not sure if I could cope with the pressure of announcing it every time though . I must be the slowest loser on the planet, it was 2lbs one week a good while ago but other than that it's only ever half a pound, a pound, pure drear. I've been busy this week so have not even exerSazzed yet, NOT ONCE BUT have given gym notice etc & once one expires & the other commences should be easier. That is if ds likes the little creche there, but there was a nice feel about it.

LOL at MrsSazz and smaller portions. Maybe she could do a book!

Oops I like the sound of mackerel salad, howdjoo do it?

hotterpotter · 15/09/2009 21:04

LOLOLOL VG good to know you are a fool serial weigher too

Sazz don't be you can be as flippant as you like with me, I heart it

Done 3x ExerSazz again today 2x nursery runs walks and 1x bike. Back to work tomorrow so will be only 1x for the rest of the week if I am lucky.

Really should be revising my theory, byeee

Can you believe, I actually turned down a Tunnock's wafer today

I was up 1/2lb this morning Sazz oh well a lot can change in 48 hours [please oh please] is your DVD player OK now? Have you checked it for toast?

Oh, yes I do know only one ExerSazz per day counts towards the 4, I shouldn't even really count walking to nursery as it is normal routine stuff, same as the hour walking I do to work and back. I am trying to do extra which is where bike and swimming come in.

That hug is getting way less squishy Sazz, hurrah

I have been good today in order to save up for my treat tomorrow which is a large cappuccino and some bunnage while I do some last-minute revision before I go for my theory test. I figure nerves will help me lose that last 1/2lb anyway

No swimming today, or tomorrow either but will deffo go on Friday. It's nice then as sometimes I have the pool completely to myself

Hope it goes well today hots .

Have had a completely unfocussed week, dietwise, v. distracted with other things - ds unhappy at school, work, etc - and have still done no exerSazz other than pramming with the dogs so feeling pretty crap about that. However the upside I suppose is that the busier you are the less you eat, and at least I have been drinking my water and eating well, though I did have a packet of chocolate buttons last night while watching Masterchef. Who knows what tomorrow will bring??!! Do you know what, just being under my prepreg weight is fab. Not that I am planning on stopping or anything, just pausing to appreciate. BUT if I can lose another stone I will be lighter than I have been since ds1 was born! that is eleven years which is rather unsettling if you think how unhealthily I spent my late twenties / mid thirties .

I hope your extra 2lb has vanished in the morning, S, and your extra half gone too, hots. You are both brilliant.

hotterpotter · 17/09/2009 19:03

Thank you VG you are pretty fine too

Caffe Nero is my cafe of choice and they do semi-skimmed cappuccinos - that's healthy enough for me . And had a chocolate twist rather than a massive muffin; not sure whether I am deluding myself re the calories involved but I think I burnt them off palpitating anyway

Ooh, ooh, went to Bravissimo on my way home expecting to come down a bit but have gone from 36G to 32GG 2 back sizes I have never been a 32-anything before and although the GG sounds a bit terrifying it is a cup size smaller than my 36G bra. Long gone are the horrifying K and L cup I was in just after DS was born, thank flip

Good luck for tomorrow all. Really don't know what to expect, I had a moment with some buffet leftovers at work but am off on the bike when DCs asleep in an attempt to burn a bit of it off

OP posts:
hotterpotter · 17/09/2009 21:27

3rd ExerSazz completed . Got some new batteries for the bike monitor so discovered that while I cycled 10 miles in 30.5 minutes (good) I only burnt 64 calories (wtf?) but LordFord reckons maybe 300 which I like the sound of more

VintageGardenia · 17/09/2009 21:57

Ooh well done hotsy! Nice one.

I think tomorrow will be disappointing in the Gardenia household but on verra.

xx night all
