You can definitely call that -5 Sazz That's an excellent achievement after your heavy weekend, and officially 11-stone-something, hurrah! You'd better watch out because that trip to Barcelona is looking more and more likely

Oops well done on the big wee and the Wii enjoy your walk too. Tis a lovely day here too but stuck inside hopefully going for a swim at lunchtime though

Come on you other ladies, where are you????

We are here and we are -1 lb which, if you put the scales on the special crack in the floor which gives you the best possible result, has on 3 out of six weighs actually mounted to -2 lb but I think I'd better say 1 just to keep myself honest!

I am happy enough given that I have had sod all ExerSazz opportunity this week.

Good work everyone else, evens or minuses, no pluses which is great.

Must run (figuratively speaking only, unforch).

VintageGardenia · 11/09/2009 11:10

Hey I forgot about Barcelona!

Yay!!!!

hotterpotter · 11/09/2009 13:36

That's really impressive Sazzles - more than 50% faster than me I am not a pretty swimmer but figure all the thrashing around is inefficient therefore a bigger use of energy

Have had my weekly cake which was delicious but has left me feeling a bit sick from the richness soon be wine o'clock too but I can enjoy that safe in the knowledge that I burnt off all those calories in the pool

Here's to a healthy and fun weekend

It's easy for you to (not) scoff not having a sweet tooth. I always feel more virtuous when I actually manage to not eat something I really want. I was a vegetarian for years and always considered myself a more committed one than those who said 'oh meat, it's disgusting', because I didn't eat it but I really wanted to Have made up for lost time in the 6 years since I fell off the wagon. Think I may have actually caught up

hi, sorry not been on - been a very very long week

didn't weigh this morning but will do tomorrow and the only excercise I've had a chance to do is chasing my tail all week

oopsacoconut · 12/09/2009 07:18

Morning all

LAst night DH took me out to the new chinese restaurant - it is an all you can eat one. When the waitess came to take out orders we asked what size the portions were? She asked if we wanted chinese or english size, DH looked confused and she explained that they do smaller portions for their Chinese customers as they don't tend to eat as much as the English We had Chinese portions. I had dry spiced ribs (3 little ones) and garlic chicken wings (2 small) to start and then shared chilli beef and kung po chicken with DH I had veggie rice and only are 1/2 of it. We then skipped the banana fritters ands had jasmine tea. I came home feeling satisfied but not stuffed which felt better than going to bed stuffed!

DD and I had a fab walk for an hour in the morning then came home and walked the 5 mile round trip to take DH the lunch he had forgotten to take to work. Mucho water drunk too.

We are off to my folks today so cake avoidance radar will be on!

hotterpotter · 12/09/2009 09:07

Oops that was very restrained of you, well done I know the tendency can be to try and get as much for your money as possible (certainly for me ) but it's not even cost effective if you end up having to buy bigger clothes!

Have had a 1-slice 1 sausage sandwich this morning as craving food due to tiny hangover. At least I am keeping away from toast, even though there is a new pat of lurpak in the fridge . Just keep thinking of the beach...

Just one more to do for me for my 4 - will hopefully do it once DC are in bed to work up a thirst

Was in M&S earlier and noticed the jeans I buy [saddo] on the last sale rail so I thought I'd get a size 14 pair for future wear, as they were amazingly bargainous, and guess what...they already fit me OK they are a bit tight and the muffin top is a little unpleasant, but I can do them up and sit down in them (just about)

You can really go off a person you know seriously though, well done on the buffet, I couldn't have turned down all that yummy stuff Hope you got loads of compliments on your rediscovered foxiness

Have gone a little overboard on the carbs this weekend mainly in the form of bread and butter (and pizza but TS said it was OK ) but I am getting a cold so that's my excuse, it's rubbish I know.

Have been on the bike twice today plus last night so managed 5 separate ExerSazzs (4 bike 1 swim) and have got sweaty with DH too so must have made a dent in the excess calories

I actually got down the bag from the loft with all the 'in my dreams' clothes that were never going to fit me again and tried some on. Some were still a bit tight but unbelievably they've gone from in my dreams to maybe by Christmas and I've gone down another cup size

Back on the wagon again tomorrow...
