Missed my swim today due to a stupid meeting that over-ran, plus another flipping application form to do, so will make up for it by having another go on the bike once DD is safely asleep. Think I might have to weigh in early this week due to a sandwich-based buffet at a meeting tomorrow. Oh I lead such an exciting life . In line for a half-decent loss this week so don't want to spoil it with water retention

No1 come out come out wherever you are

s'not fair

I will be goodish, but can't ask for gluten-free at this late stage when there are only five of us at the meeting and I've organised it. I will be walking nearly 2 extra miles too

Right, off on t' bike...

Evening

I had an hour with the sadist man today - I know it is going to hurt tomorrow because it hurts already!

So an hour PT and then a BIG walk into town with DD on my back and DH for a skinny, decaf latte.

NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER!

Ok, I haven't weighed in early because Sazz said I couldn't but if I had, I would have lost 3lb again this week

Just noticed, rather bizarrely, that all the little faces show up on my work browser in white boxes, except who is just himself. Wonder why he's so special?

I HURT THIS MORNING - in places I didn't know I could hurt!!! So I tink a gentle swim might be in order later.

Well done Sazzles - fantastic

HP - you seem to have moved off your plateau - well done for not weighing but instinctively knowing your body was lighter.

hotterpotter · 10/09/2009 18:22

No, no swim today - DD was really crochetty this morning and DH has refused another early morning for him so I can swim. I will try a sauna tomorrow morning after a gentle workout when I can put DD in the creche.

I have had two giant baked mushrooms stuffed with couscous, aubergine, peppers and corriander. I did fall off the wagon and have a teaspoon of aoili (sp) with it.

Wii is officially CRAP! will go and buy proper scales this weekend. It told me this evening that I was 10 lbs heavier, I newrly cried. DH reset it and I am 2lb up but it was post 2 big glasses of water and my period is due next week.

Will weigh properly in the morning and see if it is telling the truth!

I agree don't get weighed in the evening, except I do every night but it's good because I usually lose 2lb every night, hurrah

Oops I have emailed you that spreadsheet, hope it's OK for you

Sazz I was quite naughty, I had 4 biscuits and crisps but not much sandwich and loads of salad. Sadly I did not manage my two extra miles either as rather than returning to the office I went for a pint with my handsome colleague and sat in the sunshine for an hour chatting about camping

Am currently necking water like there's no tomorrow in the hope of flushing all that naughtiness out...

The scales lie I tell you, lie

I know I overdid it a bit yesterday but they are saying +1.5lb in 24 hours. I refuse to believe that so am going to provide an average weight this week

So, I am down 2lb on last week which is not bad and means I have 5lb to lose in the bnext three weeks. Won a fabby suede jacket on ebay last week which just arrived yesterday - Rocha John Rocha and it was only £19. Size 16 and it does up eeeeasy

Hope you all do well today

Glad you like the spreadsheet Oops Am going to have to go back and amend mine now [grr]

I LOVE MY Wii this morning yes weighing in the evenings is BAD BAD BAD I am 2lb down from last night, post wee

So I would say evens from last week but I did have the occasional piggy m moment and sandwiches featured heavily on this week's menu.

We are back to menu planning this week and salads are back for lunch and then protien and veg/salads for dinner.

I have found my fab soups book for when the weather turns but for today the weather is BIG blue sky so DD has swimming and then we are going for a walk on Salisbury Plain.
