Thanks for that, I did think it might be something along those lines. Has anybody done any sort of detox plan or anything before starting the diet? I was meant to look into it a week or so ago but completly forgot! Was thinking along the lines of those 24 hour detox or something? But I guess that is a bit dodgy with breastfeeding?
I am really trying to up my water intake, but find it really hard. I should be drinking more with breastfeeding anyway, but when I do feel thirsty, I crave drinks like tea (sweet) and fizzy drinks. I know I can drink both on SW but the tea takes up my HE of milk and is full of sweeteners and the fizzy is lets face it - junk! And means I then don't drink water!
Is drinking squash almost as good as drinking water?
I am really hungry! I know it would be easier if my food shop had come, as we don't have any fresh fruit in, which is what I would be eating right now. A banana would be useful right now to fill a gap!
I had 2 weetabix for breakfast, so thats one of each HE gone. Was going to have a jacket potato with beans for lunch - so free and then have got chicken with cheese and bacon and veg for dinner.
Had a fry up for dinner last night - sausages, bacon, beans and egg. DH isn't here so just wanted something I can make for 1.
