i am rather stunned tbh - bet next week i wont lose any

i was told 6 years ago that spirits were 1p and slt is 0 so yes G&SLT is 1p - i can drink many of those

the way i keep count is every time i get a new one, i also ask for a piece of lemon in it, and get tip the lemons in my glass, at end of night i count how many bits of lemons i have in my glass and thats how many gins i have had

4lb off - I am over the moon!
I have my 3rd silver 7 and it means I've lost a total of 21.5lb :-)

however - I have a tough week coming up, I'm having dinner on monday and I'm going out a few times so fingers crossed I can keep up the good work!

the lovely lady i am working for tonight has left me a choice of different foods/meals

she knows i am on a diet bless her, i am avoiding the pizza (16), meatballs and sauce (10ps) and going for lean steak casserole, new pots, green beans, carrots and brocolli - at a p value of 6

also have crisps as blonde LOVES these and need a treat on a friday night

Wow, everyone is doing so well...and it doesn't matter if we occasionally put the odd pound on as we'll just be more determined to get it off the following week.

I lost 3lb so 12.5lb off in 3 weeks .

Must try for 1.5 off next week to get my stone - then only 8 more to go .

Although tbh at moment I'll be thrilled when I can finally just fit into clothes in 'normal' shops again and bin Evans!

am currently sitting here being a paragon of virtue, my OH and Dad are scoffing KFC while I am having a Count On Us meal with steamed veg [saintly emoticon]

tired - I have a big amount to lose myself (7 stone 2lbs - now 5st 7lb) and I look at it in chunks of 1.5st, it makes it easier and far more achievable in my mind!
Just remember, what you've lost is a phenomenal amount, keep it up you are well on your way to your goal

Absolutely fantastic weight losses this week girls...a huge well done.

I had an event I was helping at but planned a meal before I left so I wasnt starving at the end of the night. I had 2 small glasses of wine during the event, got home and went to bed, whilst everyone headed to the chip shop as they hadnt eaten beforehand!!!!

Im going to push myself this week for at least 2 pounds weight loss, I had a lunchtime meal on Tuesday but again will plan ahead.

Have a "good" weekend everyone (WE have steak stirfry)!

i am so bad - i fell off the wagon last night, as wwow knows - she had drunken texts from me

tried to eat semi healthy on friends birthday, but as planned meal and i chose meals ages ago, i didnt have a choice - but was a ceaser salad and then chicken and potatos and salad - so not terrible i thought

i did have several gin and slim then

i started on the wine and I had best part of 2 bottles

i ordered a glass and someone got the bottle for me, and i was the only one drinking white

im a bad blonde

though didnt have a hangover this am

Don't worry Blondes. I went out for SIL birthday meal on Saturday night. Only went 12 points over my daily limit!!

But will get it all back by saving points and exercising this week.

I'm gutted, 1 lb on and I haven't cheated. I'm hoping that perhaps its breast milk rather than flab. I'm going to be a big fat mama at my friends summer wedding if it continues this way.(sad face) Ive also been really hungry and noticed I have less milk than before (although to be fair I think before it was excessive!).

It must be the weekend for it, i went out for a meal as well, had prawns in tomato sauce, goats cheese salad which wasn't to bad, as had saved 1 points, and I dont drink, but then I had Pannacota with fresh cram and raspberry coulie

And I put a pound on last week ( I had lost 5 pounds the week before and put 3 on the week before that)

I MUST get back into tracking proper!

Me too. Terrible weekend. Cocktails on Friday and did well on saturday except... for the 8 point Pain au Raisin I had for breakfast! Sunday we were at friends and I did relatively well, but it's always so hard!

I'm feeling quite dispondent about it but sneakily weighed myself at home on Sunday and was still at same 2 lbs less than original weight so at least am hoping that I've kept my first week's weight off.

I've also been trying to sneak in a few activity points which does help - I'm 8.5 pts over for the week which really is a whole lot less than it should be if I hadn't managed to do quite a lot of brisk walking and a gym session.

It's Monday - we just all have to get back on track today.

forgot to mention the raspberry mousee for pudding as well

im working all week(apart from tomorrow where i have a funeral) so cant go to gym till sat to earn extra points

will have to have lots of sexercise instead!!!

I've been sneaking activity points in by walking - you don't get squillions, but it's better than nothing. And takes very little time.

where i work (as a nanny) is up a thin country lane, so not walkable, plus have 3 youngsters and not safe or do i have the time to walk in evening, im home about 7ish

i did think about bringing my clare richards dvd to do when dc are alseep (now) but the lure of Mn happened instead and I havent even open it yet

Terrible, terrible weekend starting from Friday!

Back to it today although for my lunch I had 5 packets of crisps and a WW choc bar - all for 6.5 points!!! Just think of the meal I could have had for that.

Very at myself now.

The WW bars are fab esp the peanut ones.

Also try the WW sweeties. Old fashioned rhubarb and custard sweets are 1pt for the whole box!

I fell off a bit over the weekend but have been extra good today.

Forgot breakfast!

2 ww bread with heinz spaghetti!

diet coke

Huuuuumungous tuna salad tonight for 3.5pts

WW yog and WW bar 2pts

Need to be good again tomorrow and weigh in on Wednesday.
