hi....used to do ww than went back to sw...but think maybe ww be better...used to work well with the core plan...is there still such a thing....and has it changed or is it the same/similar to what it was like 2-3 years ago....

Hi fairlady, I have been using my WW books from 2007 and it is still working for me. If you still have the books go with as you will still lose. Good luck

Got my weigh in tonight - have had rice crispies for brekkie and lunch and am drinking water all day!!!!!

I lost 2.5lbs on Wednesday!

20lbs in total and I am soooo happy.

hi gossip - I also lost 2lbs at weigh in yesterday Ive been really strict. Im now 20lbs weight loss with 8 pounds till my goal.

yes fraid i fell off the wagon - i am kinda being good,but not really

but im not putting weight on either

had so many meals/drink things recently that thought bollocks, im out for a meal tonight

but

will try and be good and maybe in august get back on the ww wagon - just in time to get my blonde butt into a bikini

Have lost 6lb in three weeks doing this with OH...if anyone's interested I've built a spreadsheet that helps you track points weekly, you either type in the points if you know them of if not the cals and sat fat and it works it out for you. If anyone wants a copy let me know and I'll email it across

1.5lbs off today! 21.5lbs in about 9 weeks so am very focused and very pleased.

Tonight is treat night so I will partake in seafood risotto and a little white wine.

Hey thats really good weight loss Gossip and 21+ points in 9 weeks is brill.

I need a kick up the jacksey as Ive been doing it for around 11-12 weeks now and have lost 20 pounds.

well half pound off - quite disappointed as I thought at least 1pound off that would of taken me down to another half a stone and Ive been fairly good. Ive done my exercise DVD twice this week aswell.

My leader did say that your body can "get used" to the same foods and same exercise so to try something different.

Am determined to loose the half pound next week plus more - Im going for 2 pounds.

Right off to have my Thurs treat of a bacon sandwiche!!!

hi ladies - have been working recently and haven't had a chance to go online, my last WW on 17/07 I had lost bringing my total loss upto 38lbs - have been weighing myself this week on my WW scales and it seems to suggest I have now lost a grand total of 42.5lb - hope I can keep it up until my weigh in on Friday!

wicked that really is err wicked!!! Well done.

After a disappointing loss of half a pound last week, weigh in this morning and lost 1 and a half pounds so got my 3rd half stone silver 7!!!! That's 22 pounds now, 6 more of the little bliters to go! But it really is coming off very slowly now

Its my naughty night tonight but you know what Im not bothered!!!

Well done everyone whose lost this week and for the others come on try and get back in the "zone" dont feel deflated you can do it you just need to get back on track

Exercise and slim a soups Mumma!

Gained 1 lb last week and missed this week as on hols but I am putting that behind me and moving on for next week.

First time I have done that with dieting before. I used to think that if I had had a bad week then I wouldnt go and then miss another week and it would all go pear shaped.

Am determined to be in a size 12 bikini for Egypt next April (10th wedding anniversary too) so I need to get back on board with it all.

Tis trickier in the holidays though.

Hi Keawyed I switched from SW to WW. I have found the WW easier to stick to and found once I hit the stone mark at slimming world I couldn't lose anymore.

I'm fed up with eating huge amounts of pasta and meat, I want some variation.

Also when I fell off the wagon with SW I fell off big time because I was so used to eating huge amounts of pasta etc.

I've never lost more than a stone at slimmimg world

Keawyed I have been dieting for just over 2 years and the 1st 6mths of that was with SW. I lost the stone in the 1st month then lost nothing for the next 5. I am 4lb away from 3 stone now, it has been a hard slog but getting there slowly.

I really recommend WW.

I couldnt get on with SW, so started WW back on February 9th at 17st.

I weighed in last Tuesday at 12st 4.5.

I have my off days, but then have a couple of relly strict days, I save points to go out for a meal, or to have the very occasional drink (I am not a drinker so it is not hard to stay off it)

I just found it so easy.

OMG thats superb. I was 17stone after having DS3 but i'm about 15 6 now. I dont like being this size. I want to go into 'normal' clothes shops and try stuff on because I like it not because it fits. I start Tomorrow morning. x
