Gosh you are good, I remember activity points but don't think I have qualified for any in the last 9 months or so!

Anyone got any favorite foods treats they would like to share? Ive just discovered chocolate and fudge alpen light bars for only 1 point!

glad meal was yummy

it was me who said salmon was 3.5

in my book (though old) 115g 1 med salmon = 3.5

i have salmon a lot and always count it as 3.5 unless a huge portion

IVe just bought a single portion of salmon from M&S I too thought it was 3.5 as it says it in the book - I calculated it from the packaging and its more like 4 points as the weight is heavier...still very low in points though. The salmon fillet is very tiddy though!!!

I did the Davina DV last night and it almost killed me my thighs are killing me this morning. Will do it again tonight as I have my weigh on tomorrow

pipsy - DH and I are liking the chocolate brownie bites for 1/2 a point each. They're tiny, but quite nice.

hopeing for a loss for you tomorrow bottle

i have been so good since friday so i really hope that I have lost 3 lbs - i was always a lb a week girl before but as its my 1st week i EXPECT more

roll on friday

had SLIGHT emergancy this evening - was asked to babysit for a friends boss so could only eat what she had in her freezer instead of my low fat stuff at home

have chosen a vegetable lasgane,but it still came to 7points

Hope all goes well with your weigh ins tomorrow (could do with a thumbs up type little emoticon/face).

I'm weighing in on Monday. Struggling a bit this week so far though - ds having a growth spurt or something and I'm not getting much sleep, hence really wanting loads of choc and sugary things. I'm kind of resisting but its bloody hard!

I've got my weigh in tonight. If I don't lose lots I'll scream as I was out last night and only drank water while all those around me were pissed!!

Was just thinking of those scales!

I did cook a fab points free curry sauce though and just pointed the chicken.

For those of you who aren't going to classes let me know if you want my mobile no to text if you need to know points on anything - I could not live without my calculator!

I've been doing my points online. And I don't understand - if I have 1 tsp butter it's 1 point. If I have 2 it's 2.5 points. Any thoughts?

Bling it is because they round the points up or down to the nearest 0.5 points. So 1 tsp butter is probably really about 1.2 points so the round it to 1 point and then 2 tsp will be 2.4 so they round it to 2.5 points. That is how my leader explained it last week.

I know. The WW bread is 0.5 points a slice but 1.5 for 2.

yes. Which is particularly irritating as if you were counting up on paper instead of online, you'd not have that situation as you'd trust the big "1/2 point per slice" sign on the packaging.

But nonetheless and sticking to my points allocation overall so can't complain too much.

bling - as already said, points are rounded up or down - this bit ignore
and if 1spoon of butter is 1 then 2 is 2

Hi everyone - had my weigh in today an dlost 1 pound...(total 8.5 pounds 4 weeks).

IVe stick to it ridgely this week and did the Davina DVD twice this week so was hoping for 2 pounds nethertheless am happy with 1 pound.

Dont be dis-heartened if youve put on, just get back into the "zone" you can do it

got my weigh in in a few hours, have had dreadful PMT this week (aunt flo finally arrived - just before the gym LOL) but I'm hoping it will be ok

I'd love to have lost 3.5lb as then I'd get my 3rd silver 7 but I think I am asking a lot

this whole 'adding 1/2 a point when you double some things' - I never add the 1/2 a point, I was mortified when I put the little bottles of WW wine into the online tracker and it said 2.5 for a bottle as I'd been counting it as 2 - chose to ignore it and I don't think its affected my weight loss at all.

I'll be dammed if they take my '6 points for a whole bottle of wine' glee away from me, dammed I tell you!!

Well done bottle and gossip! Kay - don't worry, one pound is fine, you'll get back into it.

Yesterday was a complete disaster for me. which makes two bad days this week. I earned a few activity points on Wednesday and planning to go for a few more today but I need to be obsessive - which is hard with my current ridiculous social life. But have been fine today so far and keeping points low in prep for tonight and tomorrow will be super stingy.

Wicked - let us know how you get on.

OMG

I lost 6lbs!!!

though know the first week is always more as my poor body has been deprived of nice food

so 6lbs - 22 to go

wwow - thanks you for your code you texted to me last night &i never use the extra 1/2p rule - as i didnt know it exsisted!!

bottle - well done for 1lb loss

bling - i know how you feel,im out tomorrow night for friends birthday, menu was ordered ages ago and the whole meal is going to be over my days points - after porridege for breakie as at gym - i will be eating o point soup all day - let alone the booze - i so want wine, but will try and stick to G&SLT then least each drink will be 1p

i normally go to the gym 3 times a week and earn 4ps a session , i never count my bonus points so hopefully these will help balance things out tomorrow

WOW WEE ... Fantastic weight loss, a massive pat on the back to you. I dont think one night out will wreck anything plus if youre going to be eating light in day you should be fine.
