am going to a china buffet thingy tonight and hope to choose wisely...any one know whats nice and whats not at these places??(please forgive, havent been out in 18 months)

Titania · 04/02/2005 15:52

can i join in please???

Evesmama, be careful of anything deep fried. Are you going to Aroma? If so, they have a lovely section (name of which I can't remember) where they cook food fresh. You choose your noodles, veg, meat/fish and sauce and they cook it there and then. If you are in Aroma, that would be a good place to get your food from. Stay away from the sesame prawn toast (lots of oil). Have lots of noodles, stir fried veg and a little of what you fancy. Remember, white wine with soda to wash it all down. Damn, hungry now!

Thanks MTMML!! I needed a good talking to! I weigh tomorrow, and whats done is done. From tomorrow its a new week and I will get back on track.
Have a great night out EM. I am very jealous and really fancy going out for a nice meal.
Well done everyone who has lost this week. I will post to let you all know how much I have put on! (I know I have, as I have eaten enough to feed a small army!!)

MunchedTooManyMarsLady · 05/02/2005 14:12

Demented · 05/02/2005 14:18

I think that's one that I use too ... oops!

Well done to everyone, another great week!!!

I'm not 100% sure what happened to me last week I was a little naughty at times but didn't think it would be enough to make me put on. Nevermind will try to behave this week.
