Problem is I had pavlova yesterday for pudding (fairly low fat as the cream was substituted for Quark but haven't dared count up the syns for the sugar that was in it), also had wine that I wasn't intending having (about 12 syns worth) and wine on Friday night (12 syns again), will have to go and do my sums as I did have some saved but feel some flexi syns coming on!

I thought it was quite nice, DH wasn't keen, TBH it was a bit cheesy even with a couple of tablespoons of icing sugar in it, perhaps I should have added more sugar but I was a bit worried about making it obviously sweet. Would be lovely in a low fat cheesecake.

Hi everyone! I weighed yesterday and have lost another 2lbs. I am so pleased as my week has not been brilliant.
Celebrated by making a gorgeous thai red chicken curry and noodles for dinner. Did eat rather a large bowlful but it was delicious!
Hope everyone is doing ok.

Loobz · 30/01/2005 22:22

Had a crap week last week but managed to stay the same. Was as a work's night out on Friday nad have just finished printing the photos! Put it this way - I'm right back on track - there's nothing like seeing it in full colour to give you a wake up call!!! {blush]

Right Ladies!! Monday morning, new day, new start!! Not that everyone needs it, but i do!!I'm just off to do my excercising, then it's a mullerlight for me!!Good luck for this week!!

coppertop · 31/01/2005 10:44

Well done everyone.

I was a bit naughty just before the weekend as I was treated to 2 birthday lunches (not on the same day, I should add!).

I'm trying to increase the amount of walking I do but at the moment I have no energy. The next couple of weeks are big weeks for us so I shall either end up losing loads from walking to endless meetings and appointments or I'll end up putting some on through comfort eating.

pinksofa · 31/01/2005 13:37

hi all not having the best week might be maintenance for me this week but today has been really good

Evesmama · 31/01/2005 16:09

would have been so dissapointed if id sput on as it showed earlier in week!, still hoped for more as week has been really good, but know that i now cant just cut out takeaways and have to eat healthier too! saying that, all ive had to eat today it half a slice of toast from dd's brekkie and am not hungry at all?have just done myself a jacket spud and am not interested????must be my bloody abcess pinching my appetite....hooray for abcess's

Evesmama · 31/01/2005 16:10

and.......2 weeks with no choc and no big desire to eat any either now

miam · 31/01/2005 16:19

Good for you Evesmama! A weight loss is great for curbing the appetite!! I have been really really good all week (first weigh-in tonight oooer) and have been frantically scrubbing the house from top to bottom in the hope that I may lose another pound! If I don't at least I have a gleaming house so either way is a winner.

Evesmama · 31/01/2005 16:21

good luck miam, im sure yo8u'll have done well, you can come and clean mine too if you want a bit more excersize
