Cod, help! I'm not supposed to weigh myself until Tuesday but did this morning and I haven't lost ANYTHING! OK, so I haven't put on anything eithe but I really don't think I've been eating over 1500 cals a day and I've had no booze and quite a lot of walking. I'm not going to give up but I am disconcerted.
