tentunturq · 14/01/2005 18:25

No - it's been all odd times, but the 9.8 was just now after a bagel and yogurt for lunch.

lowcalCOD · 14/01/2005 18:25

no mornings only

GreatBigFatHeiferEnid · 14/01/2005 18:25

I was 11 6 when I started.

Mr Enid says I don't look any different. But he's been very impressed and quite encouraging.

I have to say I feel better, calmer, more energy - coincidence?

lowcalCOD · 14/01/2005 18:25

I actually think I'll struggle to lose more than a few pounds as now I'm eating healthily I'm actually eating more than I used to.

Most of my calorie intake was bread and chocolate before and although I haven't had a single bar of choccy since I joined(just 1 button) and pretty much no bread, I'm eating loads of fruit and veg.....LOADS and LOADS so the calories are probably about the same.

Maybe I'm at my ideal weight already and all the hard work is just making me healthier.

I want some smaller numbers on the scales....and I want them to stay smaller. Bloody PMT!

lowcalCOD · 14/01/2005 18:30

what was it about hte bread emma do you think ( not htat I am denying it is delcious!)

Blossomhill · 14/01/2005 18:31

Do you know? I have no idea.

The boys had boiled eggs and soldiers for dinner(lazy mum) and I ate a couple of soldiers and TBH they were yuk! Nice bread that we usually have too. I really didn't enjoy it and left loads and loads of them(I would have eaten them all before)

I think I may have cured my addiction of bread.....will struggle for the rest of my life with choccy

galapagosgianttortoiseshell · 14/01/2005 18:42

Have definitely lost some, but no scales so don't know how much. However, jeans are much looser. Today have had salmon, couscous, carrot, cucumber, melon, boiled egg, 2 cheese biscuits. Will have some fruit later on. Might have to get some scales I think, but am pathologically against them, and fundamentally opposed to the whole idea of them.... I don't know.....

lowcalCOD · 14/01/2005 18:48

ok everyone tell us whta new item of clothing oyu are goign to buy in febs tip?

OP posts:
weightwatchingwaterwitch · 14/01/2005 18:50

so was I galapagos, absolutely, but I'm glad I've got them now as it was SO satisfying to find out what I'd lost last week. I'm only going on them once a week though otherwise I think it'll just get too dispiriting.

tentunturq · 14/01/2005 18:53

I get on mine every time I go past - no wonder there's no continuity!

emmaTooMuchGrub · 14/01/2005 18:55

Gonna buy some decent jeans.

FineFigureFio · 14/01/2005 19:02

I am going to buy a long dark denim skirt from the per una range
