So far today I have had
Bunch black grapes large and a banana.
I am now eating 180g pack prawns (dipped into little bit of chilli sauce, less than 1 tbsp). Loads of veggie sticks.
Tonight I am emptying fridge, from what I can remember I have a cauliflower, some broccoili, a butternut squash, lettuce, eggs, philidelphia light, a leek and 1/2 pepper. So it looks like some sort of veggie cassorole using up some passata, and I can freeze the remains for when I get home.

I AM SO HAPPY

I don't know about anyone else but I have really lost my appetite!!!

Blossomhill · 14/01/2005 14:29

I am 10 stone and 1 lb exactly!

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 14/01/2005 14:57

I thank you both enid and Cods, I will indeed eat the skin and consider it my treat instead of wine. Well done blossomhill!

FineFigureFio · 14/01/2005 14:59

well i was being good but i picked at a bit of ds and dd fish in batter, didnt eat the batter but ate some of the white fish. have counted it as two fishfingers, must learn to control myself!

puddle · 14/01/2005 15:51

Oh dear

The good news was I had lost another pound this am - 2lb imn five days.

The bad news is that I have just been out for lunch with client and have eaten my head off. Banned substances included pastry, potatoes hollandaise sauce and half a chocolate fudge cake. And a big glass of red wine.

And it wasn't that nice either, dammit.

Salad for supper I think.

puddle · 14/01/2005 15:54

I did restrain myself with the bread basket though.

emmaTooMuchGrub · 14/01/2005 16:01

Back up to 9st 4lb this morning as AF due soon so I'm REALLY struggling.

So far today....

Brekfast-Corn flakes with a spinkle of sugar

Mid morning-Apple and raisin go- ahead biscuits thingy. 1 banana.

Lunch- Pitta pouch with1 slice of lean ham, cucumber, tomato, lettuce and a hard boiled egg all rammed in. A smidge of light salad cream.

Mid-afternoon- just had a apple....but I doubt it will only be that.

Have no idea what's for dinner yet.........

lowcalCOD · 14/01/2005 16:15

big lunch emma

OP posts:
emmaTooMuchGrub · 14/01/2005 16:31

it was a small round pitta thing, not the big oval ones.

I did think "Blimey that looks like loads" when I wrote it down. Wasn't though, 1 cherry tom, about 4 slices of cuc. The ham and egg made up most of it.....both of which are the worst things.
Could of easily eaten another one.

dinosaur · 14/01/2005 16:33

puddle · 14/01/2005 16:39

yes puddle
NOT GOOd] but you musts tarves tonight and have the guilt on your conscience as we all scoff and booze up

the choc cake was particularly UNforgiveable

OP posts:
puddle · 14/01/2005 16:49

I have lost 2lb, so half a success story!

It was only half a choc cake. And I have been good all week. But it wasn't worth the guilt, no.

Blossomhill · 14/01/2005 17:21

I have really lost my appetite today.
I had 1 slice of toast for breakfast
Small tuna salad (pre-paked from Asda) with a small bit of tiger bread
1 orange
1 Cadbury highlights bar (under 100 calories per bar)
Tonight am having stir fry with chicken and I have a bottle of wine lined up as a treat

I can get into my size 10's so much easier It has really spurred me on to continue!

Well done to everyone else who has done well!

Anchovy · 14/01/2005 17:34

I'll weigh myself over the weekend and post on Monday. No alcohol since last Saturday pm, no snacks other than fruit. First week a bit of a write off - no central heating - needed buckets of hot lard just to keep me going.

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 14/01/2005 17:34

Oi Cod, I've lost 6lb! Won't weigh myself again until Weds (I started after you lot on Weds week before last).

FineFigureFio · 14/01/2005 17:48
