Sadly no-looks lovely but lack of time and energy has led me to M and S "lightly dusted" plaice.

thanks miggy, I've been eating quite a lot of them, aaah, so I've just been replacing bread carbs with rice cake carbs? Interesting. But they're only 31 cals and there's no dairy (trying not to eat dairy) so I might carry on having them I think but cut back. What else could I have as a snack, anyone any idea? What is everyone else having when they get a craving? Esp a sweet one, have caramel and marmite rice cakes. Dp and ds made gingerbread men this afternoon but I resisted. Today

1 piece of toast
1 sesame snap
2 apples
Lentil hotpot (lentils, tomatoes, onions, garlic, veg stock, carrots, bit of oil)
half a marmite rice cake

But I've done no exercise and haven't even left the house so I didn't need more food than that tbh!

1 ciabatta with mozzerella, tomato and avocado (only ate half)

1 chicken breast with lemon grass and lime, jacket potato and salad

I need some wine!!!!! Roll on tomorrow, I am dreaming about how it will taste!

2 satsumas, 3 Ryvita - philadephia light/smokedsalmon/marmite. bowl of shreddies and bran flakes with s/s milk. About to have slice of melon, and maybe apple.

Www - don't know if this appeals, but a really good 'sweet craving' food is ....sugar free jelly. I lived on it when I was a student, and it has something like 2 calories. I know it's a bit weird snacking on jelly, but you get that 'sweet' feeling! Also Muller light yoghurts, which are quite filling as they are quite big, but very low calorie and fat. Also I think fizzy drinks help to fill you up.

Oooh, jelly is a very good idea. I hate the taste of aspartame and sweeteners though so might have to be full sweet jelly, will look up calories in that now.

Doesn't taste of sweeteners actually - it just tastes like ordinary jelly. And you can fill it full of fruit and feel extra virtuous!

unbranded jelly, made with water, per 150 ml = 60 cals. Sugar free = 15 cals per quarter pack so I might buy some tomorrow, thanks!

those jellies are quite nice, they are the only desert possible on atkins-but then you can have them with cream which def improves them

Woohoo, I am back to 11st 10lbs!! Yey that was my goal before Holiday. Lost the Christmas 3lb weight gain and an extra 1lb. I am holidaying next week, but I will endeavour NOT to have 2nd helpings of bread/wine/cake/hotchocolate etc, so I end up the same as today. Then I'll have about 10 days to lose another 3lbs (ouch!)

Just had lunch - so far today, have had half salmon fillet (shared with dd ) - about 120 cals, and small portion of couscous with mediterannean (sp?) vegetables - about 120 cals again. Also carrot sticks and cucumber sticks, and a big slice of melon. Am definitely feeling healthier, but also hungrier! Do we get time off for the weekend?

museli for brekkie and minestrone (again) for lunch with 2 slices of seeded batch.

Went to the gym, but sat and drank a skinny latte as had 3 yr old in tow, so not many calories expended there

lots of water and I've walked at least 2 miles. Not doing booze still, so this must be day 9 without it. We are having a partridge each for supper (they're v small), what do you reckon about eating the skin Cods? As bad as chicken or not? I REALLY WANT TO!

www dont know what the boss will say but I say if you arent drinking wine then you could have the skin instead?
