LOL Coddy, I expect so. Should be a lovely sight for those below. Oh well. Some of the women using it the other day were much bigger than me so I want be the worst!

Enid · 04/01/2005 13:34

so far: bowl grapenuts, skimmed milk and a tiny bit of sugar. 2 big glasses water.

but blew it slightly when out shopping with dds - large latte in coffee shop (but no sugar and no sneaky swigs of dds hot chocolate either - yay me!) and then one worthy organic digestive biscuit as starving after Tescos.

Have just had an apple and about to have one pitta with salad for lunch then a plain natural yog.

Tonight is low fat beef stew (it is low fat honest, made with prunes in) and lots of green veg.

Am planning to take homemade soup into work for lunch but everywhere has sold out of wide necked flasks!

Enid · 04/01/2005 13:39

I've put on 3 pounds - haven't had a drop of booze since friday, cut right down on biccies and snacks, It's not fair!
And I did bloody pilates yesterday.
"Cuttin right down" will obviously have to be "cuts out completely", as I did have rather a lot of pasta yesterday (veggie sauce though).
Only special K so far today.

Hulababy · 04/01/2005 14:00

Well, off to my gym induction now - wish me luck.

To eat so far:

Apple and some green tea (but was sick about 10 minutes after the tea so may not count these two - I agather my stomach isn't up to the tea!)

Lunch: Quorn burger in two pieces of WW bread with ketchup - have nothing in!!!

For dinner I am having Sea Bass with rice and salad.

codswallop · 04/01/2005 14:04

Have missed out pitta bread and gone for a pack of mushroom ramen (the kind you just add water too), the organic ones from Tescos, the whole pack is about 80 cals and I feel stuffed

turquoise · 04/01/2005 14:11

since when?
I stopped drinking on friday.
Yesterday had:
spicialK and 1/2 a banana
2 crackers, philly and mango chutney (top tip, yum)
3 biscuits actually maybe about 5
penne and tomato/mushroom sauce
low fat chocolate yog
lots of water.

Today it's only 9.10 am and have had SpK and 2 cups of tea.

codswallop · 04/01/2005 14:14

how much pasta?

OP posts:
codswallop · 04/01/2005 14:14

flatmouse · 04/01/2005 14:15

thanks for the pic coddie - most appropriate, altho the nickname is flatmouse not fatmouse!!
(and refers ironically to what happened to one that got lost in our house that i inadverently sat on!!)

codswallop · 04/01/2005 14:16

hehehlol
feel free to find a fat fish

OP posts:
turquoise · 04/01/2005 14:17

Far too much pasta. Have just remembered I wolfed the children's congealed leftovers (also pasta) at teatime, as yes the chutney was gorgeous but not enough

flatmouse · 04/01/2005 14:19

was that a challenge?

FlosstyTheSnowman · 04/01/2005 14:34

Can i join in too please? Don't dare weigh myself (got a VERY nasty shock at the doctors last month). Out it this way, had baby 8 weeks ago, in size 18 post birth . Brought a pair of 16's as motivational trousers, something to work towards as diet begins this year. In them already without dieting but still much work to do. So my new goal is my size 14's. When I am in them I will dare to stand on the scales again. Still trying to eat up all the nasties in the house because DP insisted on buying too much (again). Have brought the Davina DVD to work out to tomorrow and have taken to wearing a pedometer. My overall aim is to be in 12/14's for my brothers wedding in April.
