Errr, I went to cardiff when I was about 15.

will that make a difference.....will that curb my bread addiction?

lowcalCOD · 06/01/2005 09:47

lowcalCOD · 06/01/2005 09:53

littlemissbossy · 06/01/2005 09:57

emmaGotToTryHarder · 06/01/2005 10:20

Aggghhhh.........I'm having withdrawal symptons......need bread....need bread.

littlemissbossy · 06/01/2005 10:21

EMMA NO you don't need bread... now repeat after me bread is disgusting... bread is disgusting

emmaGotToTryHarder · 06/01/2005 10:24

honestly, i have a banging head ache.....could that be my body screaming out for lovely, white, soft, fluffy bread with lashings of butter?

Or could it be that I've been on here since about 6:30am

littlemissbossy · 06/01/2005 10:27

unfortunately yes it could be the cause... I tried carb-free last year and couldn't stick to it because of the never-ending headache! how about wholemeal bread? and less of it and without butter!

littlemissbossy · 06/01/2005 10:28

LOL, just read the last bit of your post... mmmm maybe it IS because you've been on here for nearly 4 hours!!

littlemissbossy · 06/01/2005 10:28

ooops I didn't post that twice, so how did that happen?

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 06/01/2005 10:28

I'm trying to do lowish carb so had one slice of wholemeal toast with a scrape of olive spread and marmite for breakfast. Oh how I'm missing the fluffy soft just baked white bread with cold slabs of butter straight from the fridge

emmaGotToTryHarder · 06/01/2005 10:33

you were just making sure I saw it.......and I'm still here....in pj's

iota · 06/01/2005 10:35

I had a banana for breakfast, but am planning to have some lovely Warburtons seeded batch with my vegetable soup at lunch-time.

Am trying to do low fat healthy eating, so everything in moderation for me.

I think I will see more results next week when I go to the gym - have small children to look after this week, so can't go this week

littlemissbossy · 06/01/2005 10:37

my house is a tip, so I'm going to log-off and get on for a bit... and more importantly I am not going to eat anything... well maybe just an apple if I get desperate - wish me luck

iota · 06/01/2005 10:39

LMB - good luck

littlemissbossy · 06/01/2005 10:42

iota - I need it!!!!

SlimlineDryGinger · 06/01/2005 10:57

emma, gonnagiveyouup was inspired by crap 80's Rick Astley song. You is rather poor grammar for bread. Perhaps it should have been emmagonnagiveitup.

emmaGotToTryHarder · 06/01/2005 11:05

Ohhhh got it.
