I think I do need a diet after all because I suspect I'd be waif if I stopped eating bread etc

Plus my weigh in at start of tread was post AF so getting a false reading. Am now 4lbs more!

Should be 9st.

I will join but can't promise huge success as am rubbish at dieting.

But have realised since this one started and lurking on it how bad my diet is.

All I eat is bread.......and it's white bread too.....with butter!

I'll waste away if I can curb my addiction.

Will think about diet name.

ok lowcalcod et al, had a good day, sugar free museli for breakfast, fruit (x4) mid morning, baked potato (sorry) with cottage cheese and sasle, no butter at lunch. no chocolate despiet many many temptations in office (leftover christmas chocs and biscuits etc).
no great ideas on a dieting name tho... (have onyl just got rid of santaclary)

I am doing the GI index diet, and so in Dh. I have set myself a target og a stone, but will have a stone and a half to go after that!

2 days in and it is going OK so far, not cheated at all, which is not like me at all
