that I am quite heavily pregnant and one night I will get severe stomach pains, someone will call an ambulance and I will give birth in the hours following, never knowing I was pregnant

gingerbear · 05/01/2005 13:19

that is just too scary to contemplate.
No I am just fat...

Donbean · 05/01/2005 13:20

Ok,top tip for you all...... whatever it is you are eating, carefully break it in half and that way ALL the calories escape into the air.
I do not employ this method as in the supermodelling world we eat once a year only and so we are slim always....
Good luck to you all, think slim.

GreatBigFatHeiferEnid · 05/01/2005 13:37

I bought some crackers and had two today with mango chutney and light philedelphia (air and water somehow emulsified).

Grape nuts
crackers
apple, grapes
slice toast, small tin beans (no butter obv)
tonight: roast chicken legs with potatoes and lemon, I will not eat the potatoes (for newly well dh) but it will have some olive oil on it (but have lost 3 pounds already so dont care).
NO BOOZE AGAIN...

Frizbe · 05/01/2005 13:43

have been good today, porridge with water 4 breaky, and ww beans with toast for lunch, plus nana n a ww yog....see if I can keep it up thru tea!

weightwatchingwaterwitch · 05/01/2005 13:55

fio, am expecting someone to congratulate me any day now, I know the feeling. Someone DID in March, put his hand out and said 'congratulations! I didn't know you were pregnant!' He was a recruitment agent pitching for my business and didn't get it. DD was only 4 months old then though but still . Have just been flicking through the greatest guide to calories and see where I have been going wrong! Crispy duck with hoisin, pepperoni pizza, chicken wings, why are these things so fattening? OK, no take aways til Feb. At the earliest. And then only one.

tentunturq · 05/01/2005 13:59

Do you all weigh in in the morning or at night? Not that I've lost an ounce either way, but I was good yesterday:
SpK for bkfast
Chili and lemongrass soup with noodles & low fat yog for lunch
Veggies stir fried in 1/2 tspn sesame oil with lemon and ginger, another yog for supper
2 walnuts and 2 tiny biscuits for snack
One banana, lots of green tea and water.
Still no booze
Just had breakfast today - porridge, yeaucch.

lowcalCOD · 05/01/2005 13:59

gingerbear · 05/01/2005 14:02

lowcalCOD · 05/01/2005 14:03

no idea
dh has a gastric problem apart form being slightly rotund!

tentunturq · 05/01/2005 14:04

Its so disgusting it makes you feel sick and not want to wolf everything in sight.
Its also apparently good for you - and reasonably less disgusting in the jasmine flavour.

lowcalCOD · 05/01/2005 14:05
