Will a bowl of Alpen be okay for brekkie? Can't stand bran etc. Besides I don't have any in. Ha Ha.

Have dusted off The Pure Points Cookbook that I bought many moons ago and have planned the week's menus. Can't join WW until next week as there is no one to watch the DTs for me. The scales show a horror all of their own....

lowcalCOD · 04/01/2005 18:44

Can I join in now - Pleeease?

Am sitting here next to 3 (unopened) boxes of chocs! Read this tread last night then got on scales I am 5'10 and weigh 11st 2. Started the day with a low fat yoghurt with a few rice crispies on top, Boots shapers salad for lunch, small slice roast pork with only few spuds & loads veg for tea. Resolve to get better evening meals sorted but has to suit whole family.

Hulababy · 04/01/2005 20:08

I think my points stay quite low as I don't eat any meat, Meat, esp. red, seems to have loads of points whereas my veggies and fish is really low in points.

How I used my points:

Milk allowance (half pint of skimmed) = 1
2 apples = 1
2 slices WW bread, no spread = 1
1 quorn burger, ketchup = 1
Sea bass = 1.5
rice = 3
salad = 0
tartare sauce = 0.5
2 WW bread, with spread = 2
WW toffee chocolate dessert = 3

Total = 14

Hulababy · 04/01/2005 20:09

I drink diet coke too, 'cos I like it! No points so I am keeping it, sorry.
