@Mookie81 What a great result, congrats! And I'm glad to hear the side effects are easing off for you. I have used Nutracheck on and off for years, and it's what I have been using since I started Wegovy, too. I personally think it's the best calorie tracker available and worth every penny to have a proper UK-centric database. I realise I sound like I work for them but I promise I'm just a fan 😅

We got back from Japan a week ago but today is the first day back at work for both me and DH. The holiday was amazing and everything I'd hoped for, though we both caught covid just before we came home. Not how I wanted to spend my last few days off work!
Wegovy-wise, I took a full dose a couple of days before we flew out and between the medication and the hot weather, I could only manage one meal a day. I actually felt pretty sorry for DH because he's a real foodie and if I wanted to preserve my appetite for a specific meal, I had to forgo a lot of the snacks we saw while out and about. I cut back to half a dose at the start of the second week and that gave me back some hunger, though I still got full quite quickly.
The day we left I was 10st 3.2 (143.2lbs) and I was 10st 5 (145lbs) when we got home, which I couldn't believe. I wasn't consciously limiting my intake and when I was hungry, I ate and drank whatever I wanted. I mean, we walked about 20,000 steps a day but there's only so much that can balance out!
For the past six months I have eaten an average of 1200kcal a day and I had always planned to start increasing that toward maintenance calories when I got back from the holiday. However, the increase in food seems to have shaken up my metabolism because I have dropped to 9st 13.4 (139.4lbs) in the last week 😳 I'm now only 8lbs from goal but I want to slow that right down to make the transition to maintenance less of a jump.
