Week 10 - 64.5 kg (10 st 2.2 lbs) loss of 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
Putting this down to post period weight loss. I've been eating more this week. Most days I have had 2 meals (and some days these are quite far apart), so my fasting window was less than 14 hrs on 2 occasions.
I did go back to exercising more after I started to feel better, so I am sure that helped. I go away on Saturday so I plan to do another weigh in then. My hope for the 4 weeks away is to just maintain around the 65 kg mark - I really hope I don't undo the good work by eating too much. I know we will be doing a lot more walking when we're in Europe but we will be moving around a lot so not sure about access to scales, the effects of jet lag, break from normal daily routine, etc. and how I will cope with not weighing everyday.
My mini stepper machine, hula hoop and hand weights have become part of my daily routine but obviously and sadly I can't take them with me so I have resolved to do these wall pilates exercises that keep flooding my IG feed. Failing that I am going to learn to skip rope and I also bought a set of resistance bands so I am determined to switch it up but stay on course with my exercises. My DH has been trying to teach me to skip rope properly for years so perhaps finally I should pay attention to him. 😬
For motivation on maintaining I have downloaded the Laid Back Guide to Intermittent Fasting by Kayla Cox and subscribed to her podcast. I do feel it helps me to stay in the mindset to listen to audiobooks about health and weight loss.
I also had not realised how close to 10 stones I am getting and I am so happy as my pre baby weight was just under 10 stones and that was about 10 years ago. I have to say at a similar weight my body is so different now than it was when I was in my early 30s. Carrying my 2 babies ruined my boobs and bottom!!! I took a bath with my youngest and she asked me why my boobs look so sad. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. When I get to England I definitely have to hit M&S for new bras.
Hope everyone is doing well and I would love to hear how you're all getting on.
