Hi,

I'm starting back on a healthy regime today, I was going to start on the 1st, but seize the day and all that.

Got on the scales this morning and am 206.2 lbs 😣

I'd like to get to 130 lbs so have around 5st/74 lbs to lose.

Feel free to join me but I aim to post daily to keep myself on track. I'm going to go low carb, maybe do an 8 hour eating window and keep a small eye on calories. I have gym membership but haven't been for a while, and also exercise witha friend a couple of times a week.

I popped onto this ages ago and disappeared, back to it now though, currently 191lbs this morning, would like to ditch a few lbs over the next couple of weeks for a weekend away. Then I have a couple of holidays, hen do's and weddings to aim for!

Good morning everyone :) Welcome back @StampOnTheGround

I didn't have a good day yesterday. 2023.3 today.

I had:

just under 2l water
1 green tea
an apple with peanut butter
some pork crunch with cheese
a cheese salad sandwich
a couple of cherry liquer chocolates
2 of these new mini cherry turkish delight bars (55 cals so tiny)
curry and cheesey naan
a scone with jam and squirty cream

I started to sneeze in the afternoon, then had a runny nose and by the time I went to bed I was getting a tickly cough and i've woken up with somethingin my chest, a tickly throat and a blocked nose. I feel tired, but no fever, but I don't think I should go to the cross training class I'm booked on to tonight. Even if I felt better by then, I wouldn't want to spread it, so I'll cancel and go on Monday. I'm suppose to do a class with my friend on Friday so hopefully I'm better for then.

I need to make better choices today 💪- but its harder than normal when ill. I just want heinz tomatoa soup and toast or lots of fruit juice and ice lollies.

I'm feeling better today, but not planning on getting back on the wagon today,- I'm planning a pig out night in front of Luther with crisps, cornettos and maybe chips and beans with something for dinner.

Didn't weigth today, will get back on it tomorrow/

How was your birthday weekend @Diddelydi ?

How have you been gettingon @StampOnTheGround ?

Surprise suprise, I did not have a good weekend, well I did, but my weightloss did not. My scales are dead again this morning, I need to get better batteries, the last pack I bought was rubbish, they lasted about 4 goes on the scales. Soo, I don't know what my weight is this morning.

My plan for today is:

2-3l water
5 green teas
Chia pudding for breakfast at 12, its just made with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and water as it was a last minute decision this morning.
Salad for lunch around 4.
I'm supposed to go to a cross training class at 7.30 but I don't know if I'm properly well enough yet, I still feel a little bit chesty and have a lot of snot, but that could also be inflammation due to poor diet. I want to eat dinner by 8 but if I go to that class I will obviously eat later.
I don't know what I'll have for dinner, maybe fish and vegetables.

@SugarAddict101 not amazingly, I had a hen do over the weekend which was a ridiculous amount of drinks 😂 another Monday and we start again, need a perfect week really!

Your plan sounds good, not sure what food I have but my husband did the food shop and knew everything needed to be healthy!

I had a very good day yesterday, I went to the cross training class and it was hard, but still really good. I am supposed to be going to my friends tonight to do an exercise class too.

Yesterday I had:

2.5l water
3 green teas
2 tbsps chia seeds in water
an apple & about a tbsp of peanust butter
some roast chicken and a tiny bit of mayo, before my class
chicken salad, coleslaw, tiny bit of mayo and crispy onions on the top

I still need to change the batteries in my scales, I might leave that til the weekend though.

Yesterday was almost the same as yesterday, I went to my friends house and we did a youtube workout, and I had:

2l water
1 green tea
2 tbspn chia seeds, made with water
an apple and a tbspn of peanut butter
some pork crunch and alioli
homemade burger (cheese & fried onions on top) and salad, and a tbspn of coleslaw.

I'll be having a burger again today because there was mixed up mince left over.

But I feel much better and thinner, so the carb bloat is going, and inflammation is going already. I get a big fluidy bulge on/under the joint bone on my ankle when inflammation is high, and its going down already. I'll take a pic today and take another in about 5-6 weeks to compare.

Yesterday was very much like the previous few days.

2.5l water

pork crunch and alioli
some roast chicken
cross training class at the gym
homemade burger - no bun, frikandel, a bit of salad and aubergine, courgette and mushroom traybake

Yesterday:

2l water
2 Green teas
Chia seeds in water, I wouldn't call it chia pudding, because its got no flavour.
An apple, peanut butter & a slice of cheese.
A few nuts.
An hour in the gym; 15mins each of treadmill, bike, cross trainer and rowing machine.
I'd planned to have pork steaks and veg but had a meal replacement bar instead.

Heavy day yesterday, had all the family to celebrate my birthday, my sister's birthday, Mother's day and St Patrick's day!
Lot's of food and drink.

Good Morning!

I went off plan over the weekend, but not too bad. 200.0lbs this morning.

Friday:

Chia seeds
Salad, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice ham, tuna
Pork steaks and aubergine & courgette, mushroom, onion tray bake
30 min walk

Saturday:

3 egg omelette, onion, garlic, ham, cheese, cherry tomatoes
apple
tropical trail mix
3 coke zero, a slice of cake, a few crisps and nuts, a honeycomb matchstick stick
chicken and aubergine and courgette
1 hour in the gym; 15mins each of the treadmill, bike, rowing machine and cross trainer
5229 steps, which is the most in a long time.

Sunday:

banana, greek yoghurt, trail mix, honey
satsuma
apple
roast chicken, inc skin, & salad
2 coke zero
