Hi,

I'm starting back on a healthy regime today, I was going to start on the 1st, but seize the day and all that.

Got on the scales this morning and am 206.2 lbs 😣

I'd like to get to 130 lbs so have around 5st/74 lbs to lose.

Feel free to join me but I aim to post daily to keep myself on track. I'm going to go low carb, maybe do an 8 hour eating window and keep a small eye on calories. I have gym membership but haven't been for a while, and also exercise witha friend a couple of times a week.

I will get back on, no breakfast so far as it's not necessary. In fact, as I ate dinner last night, I wasn't particularly hungry. Sadly I think being out and eating something yummy set me off.

....I think I have done the damage for tomorrow's weigh in though!

It's not a craving, I'm just really low. I tried to start a chat in mental health but no chatting there either.

I had a good day yesterday, I had:

2L water
5 Green teas
A shake at 12
A shake at 4
An Exante meal replacement pizza at 8, I added mushrooms, onion, garlic and herbs/spices and it was really nice!

198.4 lbs today.

I'm in bed, hungry 😒 trying not to eat anything. I have got gherkins, so I can have a couple of those if it gets too bad. But I've been reading threads about a certain takeaway and really want one now 😂

198.5 ibs today.

Yesterday:

2l water
5 green teas
I made the breakfast and lunch shakes into a cake by adding baking powder and an egg and had half at 12 and half at 4.
Dinner was Exante sausage mix with broccoli, cauliflower, courgette and a couple of mushrooms. Baked in the oven with no oil etc.
Then I had a gherkin and a few mini pickled onions.

Thanks, I waited until 12. Just got to make it to 4 now 😂
But to be honest, I find it easier breaking the day/next 12 weeks down like this, it makes it easier to stick to rather than thinking about it as no takeaway/treats/bread etc for 12 weeks. Small goals.
