Enjoy your egg! No egg for me 😭
I overate yesterday, and things I shouldn't.
Yesterday:
2 egg, 2 bacon, 2 sausages.
A tiny bowl of sugar free granola and a tiny bit of trail mix and milk.
More trail mix. This has dried bananas in, as well as the raisins, sultanas and papaya and pineapple, and nuts. So it's sugary and carby.
A protein bar when I was out, it was banana flavour dark chocolate and puffed rice, like a snackajack.
A few vegetable crisps.
2 homemade bbq'd burgers, no buns, a slice of raclette, onions, ketchup, mustard, mayo. A couple of chicken wings, salad, pickled cabbage, beetroot, coleslaw, corn on the cob in butter.
A few godiva dark chocolate pearls.
A bar of moser roth 70% dark chocolate.
A salted caramel protein yoghurt.
2l water, no green tea.
So, 200.0lbs exactly today.
My bloody husband is losing a pound a day ffs.
