Friday weigh in club!

Anyone fancy joining me in weighing every Friday and posting our progress? I will also post what exercise I have managed that week.
I need somewhere to be accountable! Ideas for meals would be good to share as we go along too.
I have around a stone to lose and am aiming for 1lb a week loss. I will be loosely calorie counting.

I've been weighing myself every day, I'm still 16 stone 7. I wasn't very strict yesterday but back to it today!

I am not getting my hopes up for tomorrow at all after my few days away. Gutted though as it took me about 4 weeks to lose 1lb!! And will blatantly have put it back on. I am working with such a small Deficit because I am strength training that it feels like this is taking forever!

Well done everyone. No change for me this week annoyingly, still 10st 5, but I’m not hugely surprised. I’ve been sticking to 1200 cals as much as possible but I’ve not been as strict as previous weeks. Back on it properly from Monday and will be sensible with how much of the kids birthday cake I eat this weekend! 😅

This is all so confusing!

Didn't weigh this morning as had a 14inch pizza and a bottle of wine last night. Oh dear. Start of my holidays so will attempt damage limitation from this point forwards

Walked to my town to weigh myself and both the scales ( there are only 2 - it's a small town ) out of order !
I'll just carry on.
Good news is I walked 11k steps.

Can I join this too please? If so, how are we submitting our feedback for the week? Is it ever Friday morning? I'll loosely be calorie counting, and exercising. I also have a terrible relat with food and easily binge.

Welcome @weightstrugglinmum! Yes most of us weigh on a Friday and post our progress. Some people weigh everyday. We also chat about what have eaten etc to stay accountable and to support each other.

Well done on everyone's losses.

I'm not happy, no shift for me again although when I look at lbs rather than stone and pounds I've apparently lost 0.2lb. But.... I've lost faith in my scales as it took many efforts to get a steady reading- fluctuating by 4lbs everytime I stood on them. New battery needed I think but that of course could scew previous readings. So disappointing as I've stuck to my plan which has always worked- I'm just older now 😕. As I've mentioned before I 'feel' smaller although I can still see slight tummy roll 😭

Fantastic. That's exactly what I am looking for. Will be starting Mon and acquiring new batteries for my weighing scales. Not looking forward to my first weighing to see the full extent of my weight gain again :(

I was just going to aim for a calorie deficit so say aprox 1200 cals a day. Just trying to be healthier eating and not meal skipping because I totally binge when I'm too hungry. Hoping to exercise everyday at home (walking workout vids on YouTube), but if there are any recommendations out there, I would be very happy to hear them.
