Drumroll please...15st 12lbs 😥. I'm tall so can get away with it to some extent but i went on holiday recently and felt the whole time feeling uncool and uncomfortable.

I've been struggling with my weight since coming off the pill over 10 years ago but this is an all time high (or low!) point.

Where to go from here?! I love exercise, and when I'm good with my diet I'm good, but I have such a sweet tooth and can eat a massive bar of chocolate every night. Time to chance though as this is ridiculous.

Anyone fancy joining me to have some accountability?

I'm hoping against hope that I've stayed the same. I'm getting a bit disillusioned, but don't want to undo all of my hard work. My goal of a stone before Christmas is completely out of reach. I've adjusted it to four pounds, which is achievable and a step in the right direction. We've come a long way and should be proud of ourselves. Just need to keep motivated.

Totally agree with you.

I think this is a difficult time of year to diet.
It's busy but cold and dark.

We'll keep going on, Christmas will be Christmas, and hopefully we'll shed lbs in January 🤞

I've managed to lost the pound I put on last week, so am back to where I was a fortnight ago!! Trying to resist the mince pies at the moment.

I'd originally wanted to be at my target weight by Christmas, but that definitely won't happen. If I manage to lose another three pounds by Christmas, that will be two and a half stones so far with another stone to go. My resolve is definitely flagging now

I've stayed the same. Again, which I consider a minor miracle considering what I've shovelled down my gullet plus exercise has gone to pot.

I'll keep checking in on here with you, if you're still up for that. And really go at it in January

I've stayed the same this week. This has confirmed my suspicion that sitting on the sofa, eating mince pies and watching episodes of My 600lb Life doesn't help you to lose weight. I ate an entire pizza last night as well.
I'm off work today so I'm going swimming, I need to start doing some more exercise
I'm definitely up for checking in and really going for it in January.

I didn't check in on Saturday because I was away staying at a friend's house, so I couldn't weigh.
And I <ahem> forgot to do it Sunday 🙃

But I've now broken up, so I thought "come on rouge, set yourself a bar so you know what you need to get back to once Christmas is over"

And I've only gone and lost a bloody pound.

I know 1lb is nothing, but after 5 weeks of no change, I'm thrilled.
I feel like the universe has given me a little Christmas gift.

Hello both! Sorry for going AWOL the last few weeks. really busy at work and the craziness that is December, plus we just got a puppy So life has been fun but mental.

Not weighed in recently but haven't been too bad and this puppy is helping me be more active. Can't wait till I can get her out on walks.

im probably not going to make good choices over christmas but up for a more focused effort on my health from january!

Puppy???!!!!! Are they adorable? Of course they are!

Amazingly, I only put on a pound.
Guttingly, I've stayed the same this week.

Hopefully next week will show a difference. I'm back in the routine.
So, not drinking (drank loads over Christmas), eating sensibly, exercise.
But, my usual failing... stuffing my face at work 😖
That's the one I have to crack.

Ooh, a puppy, I bet he/she is adorable. Christmas was lovely and it was good to be off work for a few days, but back to normal now.
I haven't weighed myself for a while. Didn't drink much over Christmas but did eat far too much unhealthy food. Whoever invented Bailey's extra thick cream may be responsible for the downfall of my diet
I will weigh myself tomorrow and update then, but I know that I've gained. Just need to get back into a routine of diet and exercise.

Last day of Xmas holidays for me today. Looking forward to getting back in to a routine and back to healthier eating habits and my exercise classes. I've had a brilliant couple of weeks but feeling very heavy and unfit.
I'm booked in to a spin class tomorrow at 7 and it will be my first day without any alcohol since mid November (that sounds terrible now that I write it down!) So if I tick of both those things then I'll be happy .

And I've renewed my nutracheck membership so calorie counting starts tomorrow too.

Hope you both have a good week ahead.

Craaaaaaaaving sugar. I think cos my body is missing the booze.
Lost a pound only in the past fortnight.

Hello. Hope you're both getting on well.
I put on 2lb over Christmas and haven't lost it yet. I need to do something about it now before I put any more on. I'm hoping to lose the 2lb this week and then to make some real progress.

I do feel motivated at the moment. I went swimming at the weekend and am going today after work as well.

Been a VERY slow January for me because I'm mainline g sugar, but lost an lb this week.
I measured for the first time in weeks too, so I feel that I've reset and will go on from here.
