... and I worked so hard to lose baby weight. Got down to just below target goal and now I'm heavier than it again!
Too many takeaways and family sized bars of chocolates watching stranger things every evening with my other half. Anyway we've finished stranger things now (until next week...) and we've got a wedding to go to next month so I really need to be mindful again!!
So plan for today is pram walk to go and get bits for tea, chasseur with some potatoes and veg, and buy no treats. Will do 10,000 steps.
Drink loads of water to fill me up and hydrate myself as I haven't been doing too well at that lately either.
And no chocolate

11 stone this morning. Moving in the right direction.

Didn't snack at all yesterday but did have a pudding after my chasseur 🫣
Did 17,888 steps

Plan for today will be a quick walk this morning, then a couple of hours in the chair to have my hair done.. light lunch... smallish tea tonight with only fruit afterwards. No snacking again today. Aiming for 10,000 steps

May I ask, are you on the shorter side? I am 179cm and 11 stone would be just about ideal for me.

I'm 5ft 8 think that's 172cm? I've always been between 9 and a half and 10 and a half stone, making me a size 10. I don't actually mind being a bit bigger all over like I am now but I'm desperate to lose my mum tum. It just makes all of my clothes look awful. I'm wearing a dress today and I look bloated like I'm in the early stages of pregnancy. Are you on a weight loss journey as well? 😊

Yep! Two kids in a short space of time, preceded by several years in a happy relationship. It has taken its toll!!

Tell me about it, my parents are convinced they knew I was pregnant before I was even pregnant. I hadn't seen them for months because of lockdowns therefore they didn't realise I was already about half a stone heavier before I even got pregnant 🥲

I was good all day today until I ate half a bar of Galaxy after my tea.. but I had no other snacks all day and drank plenty so I think I'll allow it!!

14,259 steps today. No chocolate or snacks after tea. One small ice cream today in the sunshine

Going to do a proper meal plan at the weekend and big shop. Me and OH are working our way through the freezer and cupboards so meals are pretty random at the moment
But meal planning helps me to cut out snacks and temptations because I've been popping to the shops literally every day for chocolate recently and then devouring it in one big do

11,365 steps today

Saturdays are mine and my other half's favourite night of the week.... pizza night (always homemade)
So I know they're not exactly healthy BUT they're much healthier than a takeaway pizza. I can't deny myself all treats

I initially lost the baby weight through WW app. Thought I'd cancelled it but it turns out the membership runs for a year. Who knew? So I'm tied in to paying until January. I think I'll start tracking on there Monday-Friday to help keep myself in check food-wise

11,459 steps today. Was 10st 13 this morning, after breakfast and coffee. No snacks today but like I said, it was pizza night and I did have chocolate. I will start tracking on WW from Monday as I've had my food shop delivered now so all stocked up. I shall post food plan tomorrow so I can stick to it

11 stone this morning but I was expecting that. WW will help this week.

I've found a new outfit for the wedding I'm attending in a few weeks time. It's really flattering so I'm feeling so much better about myself for now!

10,216 steps today. Did loads of cleaning this morning, must have burnt a fair few calories so that's definitely my exercise for the day 😉

jacket potato for tea. We're working our way through the freezer and cupboards so have been having some random meals of late and these most likely won't be the healthiest but they are cheap because we already have all of the stuff!

Meal plan is as follows:

Mon - fish, chips and peas
Tue - Bolognese pasta with broccoli
Wed - quorn chicken curry with rice
Thur - Caramelised onion burgers with chips
Fri - chicken portions with rice and stir fry veg
Sat - pizza night

Lunches for me are to either be a sandwich or meal replacement shake (200 calories)

b: bran flakes & banana
L: falafel wrap, chocolate shortbread
D: roast chicken with lots of salad & a pitta
Snacks - apple, grapes, flat white

11640 steps (that's an average day).

Can I join! I've reduced my calorie intake from about 2000 to roughly 1600. It seems to have worked, down 4lbs in 2 weeks. I can't exercise much because of small children (that never sleep!).

I need to join too. I weigh 11st 13 and it's making me miserable. I have also eat far too many take aways, cakes etc and have reduced my exercise to zero! Time for change. My happy weight is 10st 4. Started calorie counting yesterday on the lose it app.

B porridge
L ham salad
D skinless chicken thighs, sweet patatoes and brocolli.
Snacks fruit, yoghurt and chia seeds

Can I join too? I was 12.02 yesterday morning. Hoping to get down to 11 stone. Exercise is a struggle with two young kids, but trying to fit in some walking as well as sticking to Slimming World diet plan.
