... and I worked so hard to lose baby weight. Got down to just below target goal and now I'm heavier than it again!
Too many takeaways and family sized bars of chocolates watching stranger things every evening with my other half. Anyway we've finished stranger things now (until next week...) and we've got a wedding to go to next month so I really need to be mindful again!!
So plan for today is pram walk to go and get bits for tea, chasseur with some potatoes and veg, and buy no treats. Will do 10,000 steps.
Drink loads of water to fill me up and hydrate myself as I haven't been doing too well at that lately either.
And no chocolate

I've started couch to 5k (although I know that diet is really the only thing that works for me) and finishing week 2.

I am saving a glass of wine for Friday as a treat for getting through the week. It's Wednesday and I cannot wait - hanging in there just about!

I will join if that is OK? 5ft 7 here and 12.2st. I am so much happier at 11.6st. I have been doing IF religiously for months and whilst it does stop me eating in the evenings, I think it helps me maintain rather than lose.

I am going yo start tracking my calories a bit more.

11 stone 10.2 today. So nothing lost this week, pretty much same as last Monday. Have had three days off plan so not really surprised. Back on it today!

I have lost 3.5lbs this week - so now 11st 6.5st. Which is great, but last week I lost 0lbs so it's just under 2lbs per week which is more of a normal / expected rate!

Sticking to the plan more of less but with wine at the weekend (not loads). And this coming weekend will get a takeaway as a treat so wonder how that will pan out!

@MrsBudd i think (we shall see!) I can get away with a day / maybe 2 days off but not 3! 3 is a sign of an otherwise good week though!

I have been doing IF 8-8 but I think I need to make the window longer. Just need to get the right balance of satisfying foods. I've definitely been eating less chocolate lately though because after 8 would usually be the time I snack!

I'm breastfeeding so haven't dieted at all but I wanted to recommend exercise classes where you can take your baby and they are your resistance/weight. The two I know of are buggy fit and Sweaty Mama. I still go with my one year old and lost about 2.5 stone since having her largely down to this (and bf).

@NoHeavenNoMore I'm going to get back into strict slimming world plan. Last few days I've gone overboard on everything from wine to cake, so I need to just rein it all back in! I'd also like to get in some extra exercise, however it is very hot to be running or walking outdoors 😑

Yes.. much too hot for outdoor exercise 🤢🥴 thanks for the suggestion @Flittingaboutagain, I'll have a look into these classes. I get quite anxious about classes though so usually talk myself out of it before I can build up the courage to get there 😳 well done for your 2.5stone loss!!

Weight this morning - 10 stone 11. My progress is very slow.. that's apparent.

I worked yesterday as I'm doing a phased return to work from maternity. I had a shake in the morning and I ate breakfast around 6am (two slices of toast). But I found I wasn't hungry until late afternoon. I guess it's because my mind was so preoccupied there. At home I might just sneak a biscuit because the baby's having one. Made me hopeful that when I return properly in a few weeks, it continues 😅 but all in all I'm feeling fine in myself, I'm not hating what I see in the mirror as much anymore and even though the numbers on the scales aren't moving very fast, I feel like my tummy has shrunk ever so slightly. Or maybe it's wishful thinking!!

Omg what a terrible nights sleep.. 2hr 47 according to my Fitbit. Must resist the urge to comfort snack today....
10 stone 10 this morning though 🤗 so there's my motivation not to snack!!

Quiet day today with not much planned, little food shop this morning. Hopefully a nice long pram walk this afternoon if it's not too warm. Hope everyone is finding resisting temptation easier than I am?!

I find once I get into the swing of it I stop craving the bad stuff, but that's just me. I've replaced huge amounts of chocolate in the evening (whole chocolate orange or bag of sharing chocolate!!) with ice lollies (60 calories instead of about 500 😳) but it still feels like a nice treat to enjoy at the end of the day. Just about to weigh myself....

But I do have a renewed sense of motivation again. Only had a shake so far today. A very small portion of vegetable chilli and some toast planned for lunch. I'm sure we'll get out for a walk this afternoon too

10 stone10 again this morning. Holding steady 💪🏼 my stomach is noticeably smaller though, I look a lot slimmer from the side which I am very pleased about.
Pizza night tonight but I not going mad. Fewer toppings and fewer slices if I'm feeling full. I'm sure with me it's just like a bad habit to finish a whole pizza because it's there? Of course it's a terrible habit 🙃

Meeting some family this morning for breakfast then off for a walk this afternoon with my other half and the little one. I'll just have the breakfast this morning then try and wait until pizza.. if I struggle then I'll have a shake. I do not need a cooked breakfast, a lunch AND a pizza!!

And last night I was absolutely desperate for some chocolate or something sweet but, oldest trick in the book, didn't have anything in. Not got it, can't have it.. I just had my cup of tea and read a book instead. So when I go shopping this afternoon, not buying any chocolate or biscuits 🍫
