Whether I’m alone in it or not!

I’m totally fed up of filling my face before I ‘start again tomorrow.’ So in a novel approach, I have filled my face before I start again tomorrow.

Anyone else in the same boat feel free to join, but I’ll be back tomorrow regardless Grin

Oh! Can I join too please? In 6 weeks time I will be visiting the UK after 2.5 years of no visits. I would love to lose 7 pounds - which I will probably regain over my 5 week visit!

I plan to be very good Monday to Thursday this week and then we will be away Friday to Sunday, so I don't suppose that will help very much. I am going to reduce alcohol and just be better.

I'm doing a shake diet (I know, I know) but I'm fussy and having to only think about one meal a day works better for me.

Not a bad day for me today
Granola with sliced banana and whole milk for breakfast
Fruit smoothie for lunch
Enchiladas with sweet potato fries and green veg for tea
5 milk tray chocolates
Estimated calorie intake is 1510, estimated calorie burn 2169

10 days until my holiday, I will weight tomorrow morning and see if it is as good as Sundays weigh in and that the 10 stone 9 wasn’t a mistake 😆 I would love to get to 10 stone 6 for the holiday if I can

I've had a good day here. 19 days til my holiday.
Goal is just lose weight. Any weight. Just some weight!

Under cals just.
Lots of steps (helped as I was teaching PE) and a 45 min zumba class this evening.

I made 3 days of salads and took them plus fruit to work for lunches so no chance to cheat there.
Dinner today was roast chicken cooked by dh. Tomorrow I'm having salmon salad.

Lost half a pound this AM. I put light walking in my tracker, maybe it was moderate. Ate oats, fruit, egg sandwich, 100 cal lentil crisps, yoghurt, banana, thai chicken curry. Actually went to bed feeling bloated. So quite pleased. Lowest I have been since May 2020.

Did well yesterday!!! 1287 cals.
Also got on the scales. Despite my few slip ups I’ve lost 2lbs so I’m happy.

Not heading downwards on the scales yet. But have been more mindful in food choices....and enjoying it. Lots more veg, fish....

Maybe another half pound down this morning (really should get decent scales! But def down 6lb in first week of low carbing. It will slow down now so need to keep at it. Had to have breskfast this morning though as woke up feeling more exhausted than when I went to bed.

Can I join in? I've been losing and gaining the same bloody 7lbs since November. I'm going on holiday in May and I'd PROMISED myself I'd be lighter. I'm kicking myself that I've let myself down but I figure half a stone is very doable in five weeks if I stop seeing weekends as 'time off'.

I'm pretty hungry today which is pretty understandable as I have been running at a deficit for four days.

So I've just eaten my dinner at 3.30pm! Milk and apple tonight. Will see how it goes and probably enter it all and bargain with my mind/stomach later 😂

A chocolate Lindt bunny may have fallen into my glass of warm milk. I actually think I may disassemble into separate atoms if I don't have chocolate when I have pmt. No one needs to see that. Ah all is a bit better again.

Well I was doing so well with my v light salad and fruit for lunch (no breakfast, I never have it) and a couple of coffees at work. Then I got home to find my daughter had arranged for my sister and niece to come around and had brought home afternoon tea for us all!

I restrained myself but enjoyed it too. I'm sure I'm over calories, but hopefully the low day has made up for the high evening.
