I need some diet inspiration, I've been tracking on my fitness Pal these last couple of weeks but the weight doesn't want to shift.

I’m in. I was always slightly overweight until 3 years ago and I lost 3 stone.

Due to different things I’ve put 2 back on. I’m finding it REALLY hard to motivate myself but now that the kids are back in school I have a chance to get my routine back.

I’m 11 stone 1 this morning (and 5 foot 2) so I’d like to be 10 stone as my Christmas target.

I’m doing 4:3. I’ve done 5:2 and love it but I want a bit more freedom. I can get a bit obsessive with logging food so with 4:3 I’m not worrying too much about what I eat on ‘eating’ days and just eat dinner on fasting days.

I’m in please! I’ve been gradually losing weight after starting at 17st 7lbs. I’m down to 13 stone exactly now with a stone and a half to go until I’m a healthy BMI. Ideally I’d like to eventually be 10 and a half stone but 11.5 is my next big milestone.

Weighed in at 12:6 Envy - need to lose at least two stone for my height but would love to lose a stone by Christmas.

I'm cutting snacking and drinking this week. Going to do Sober October to kick start me. Eating what we have in before a big healthy food shop.

Breakfast - 1 1/2 slices of toast with a cup of tea.
Lunch - Homemade Veggie Chilli with Cauliflower Rice and Salad.

Not sure what's for tea. What's anyone else having?

Me. I'm back up to 15st after getting down to 13.7 😭😭😭. I've joined a gym and got a personal trainer and everything. This is it!

Anyone else got more activity planned? I find I'm more motivated to watch what I eat if I think it might be undoing 'good work'.

@RozHuntleysStump I got down to the same and am now right back up - so frustrating! But yes to doing more I need to start factoring in a walk during day and gym in the evening instead of being in back to back teams calls and then feeling like I can't be arsed at the end of the day! Also stopping teaching for the mid week wine 🍷

I’m in. 69.5kg (sorry I think in kg). I’ve put on 1.5 stone and stopped all exercise since lockdown and my back hurts.

I also am committing to jog/run/walk (whichever back allows!) twice weekly until Christmas Eve. Also doing my back stretches/exercises twice weekly. I must change things.

Hello all,

Scrambled eggs on rye bread followed by yoghurt and then coffee for breakfast. I might see if I can get to dinner on this. Need to eat some fruit and do my yoga later.

I will weigh every two weeks as my weight fluctuates a lot daily. I can go weeks on 1200 cals without losing an ounce (now in my forties, I could eat like a horse and be a size 6 in my twenties!)

I’ve had banana, yogurt and beans on toast (DH added cheese before I could stop him) so far today along with several coffees.
Chilli (low fat mince) for dinner and maybe a bag of crisps this evening if I can drag myself Out for a run. I’ve already done a workout.

I am loving the gym I joined. It's so nice to be in a mask free zone! Obviously everyone is being careful/wiping stuff down/keeping space etc but I've really enjoyed it this week. I've been to three classes and just loved having something to do.

I've just had my PT session and it was so good. I'm spending a fortune on it but what's more important than me and my body? Off to Body Balance later. I'm doing the more sedate classes that focus on core and all that and will work up to cardio later.

So far today I've had:

Porridge
Tomato and Mozzeralla Panini ( shouldnt have eaten this while driving. Bloody tomato burned my lip!)
Sugar free digestive.

Feel a bit peckish now but will drink some Highland Spring!

Reaching not teaching 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yes I love exercise when I do it! Just finding that motivation and with lockdown and everything that is in short supply. So far today have had a thin with scrambled egg, satsuma, and a chicken, asparagus and new potato salad. Not sure about dinner - low carb high protein has worked well for me in the past so I need to get back into that mindset! Off to spin tonight Halo

Hi, I'd like to join please. I had my second baby in April so need to get back in shape.

I've managed to shift 16lbs in the last six weeks or so as I've been tracking cals and exercising more. Would like to drop another stone by Christmas.

Currently 13.11 which is too big for my frame. I'd like to drop two stone at least to be back to the size I was when I got married.

I braved the scales on Tuesday and after having been good and really reducing my intake for the last month I'm still at my heaviest weight ever including being pregnant. I dread to think what it was a month ago.

I'm weighing in at 178 lbs and want to get down to 138. The last 3 years have been difficult and I've eaten my emotions and probably those of my entire village...

Ooh can I join. I keep putting one message in these groups and then getting distracted. By food. Anyway I would also love to be a stone lighter my Christmas and my knees and wardrobe would love it even more.
I got a new job today and we'd already planned to go for pizza and drinks so I will have to start tomorrow too. Best of luck to you all with your first evening without whatever your vice is!

I also forgot to weigh in Blush DP is starting keto tomorrow. It really worked for me last time (much more than him) but I HATED it. Dunno if I can face it. My just do low carb but not keto.

I have the morning off work tomorrow and have two lovely gym classes booked in.

I really really need to be held accountable. Eating is up, movement is down and I am 4 stone overweight according to all the BMI charts. Will weigh tomorrow and hopefully get a grip.
Planning on trying a bit of 16:8 and hoping that will help keep the calories down. Also need to cut sugar in a major way. This is not a good winter to be a fat unhealthy blob.
