I will be attempting to sort my fatness out, and start to make an effort with myself again.

I'm starting tomorrow, who's in?

Congrats on reaching your goal weight! @ivyjoy

I’m here to report my very last pre Christmas weight:

Start weight: 67.1kg
Current weight: 61.5kg
Total loss: 5.6 kg

I’ve managed to lose 12 lb thanks to this thread, it’s been really helpful to be accountable to you all.
Maybe we can have another thread in the new year?

Well done to everyone who has managed to keep going. If you haven’t, dust yourself off and join us again.

Merry Christmas to you all! Xmas Smile

very well done Ivyjoy Star

Congrats to everyone else - my stats are:

Original start: 16st 7lbs BMI 37.1
VLCD start: 15 stone 5lbs BMI 34.6
current weight: 12 stone 12lbs BMI 28.9

So a loss of 45 lbs/almost 25 kgs, which we calculated as being 56% of DD3 Grin.

Would love to carry on if others are, the accountability works!

ivyjoy · 25/12/2020 08:28

Thankyou and well done! I will definitely be carrying on after New Year's DaySmile

MyVisionsComeFromScent · 30/12/2020 10:15

oops - 4lbs on since last Wednesday Blush. Will definitely have tostop buying chocolate and pringles now.....

AuldFox · 30/12/2020 11:47

Eek @MyVisionsComeFromSoup

Why is it so hard to lose it and sooooo easy to gain weight?! I haven’t dared to get on the scales.

Never mind, I’ll be here for the January thread.....

MyVisionsComeFromScent · 30/12/2020 14:09

Auldfox - I'm determined that I'm going to record my weight every Wednesday regardless of loss or gain, I need the accountability!

But, for me, 4 lbs on in a week will come off easily, and I'm still over three stone down since October 2019, so it's just a blip in the overall scheme of things, she says determinedly.

DC3 is coming back home today/tomorrow depending on todays tier changes announcement, so that will def put paid to the pringles habit I managed to acquire while I was by myself Grin.

ivyjoy · 31/12/2020 22:11

Yeh I've not dared to get back on scales yetBlushwill be starting again tomorrow after tonight's takeaway and wineBlush

ivyjoy · 01/01/2021 11:12

Right weighed myself and I'm back up to 10 stone 12 so I'm back on the healthy eating starting today. I'm doing dry jan and most of the junk has been eaten. Next goal is 10 stone by Easter .

MyVisionsComeFromScent · 01/01/2021 12:38

ivyjoy - if it went on quickly, it can come off quickly Grin. But well done for getting on the scales, it's so easy to just think fuck it and not bother for another week/month/year!

ivyjoy · 01/01/2021 16:47

Thankyou myvisions I'm hoping it comes off as quick as it went on!

AuldFox · 03/01/2021 09:36

Good luck ivyjoy, we know you can do it!
