Will do steps and an weight class today. Also will be chained ro laptop as have a slide deck to prep

Not2bObvious · 07/09/2020 07:06

Don't think I'll bother weighing today, it wasn't great news yesterday and I already feel rubbish with a crap sleep. Doing school lifts this morning and into office, could do with a duvet day

Have squeezed in around 9,000 marching on the sport throughout the morning, so around 6,000 to go. Had a really nice wrap for lunch but was pricey in calorie terms, guess that's why it was nice. Starting some study for a course I'm doing in a couple of weeks - but it's slow going, brain is mush

Evening everyone Smile
Not eaten yet goign to have, salmon & green beans & blueberries after. Am not really doing a certain diet just intermittent fasting. I have found myself feeling a lot more energetic lately, hope everyone is doing great.

Not2bObvious · 07/09/2020 18:35

It sounds like it's going well for you mrs, glad intermittent fasting suits you - it's a good way to reduce calories.
I'm on just over 10,500 (slow going!) and around 1350. I'm going to try leave it at that but it's very early. Bad nights sleep is catching up with me

9656 steps. Lots of water. Porridge for breakfast then chicken and leftover veggies and spag bol at Dms for dinner.

No booze either. A nice icy cold lemonade though. Yummm.

Tomorrow’s lunch sorted. Sesame chickpeas and rice. Leftovers. Also Apple and cucumber salad.

lifelongfrugaleer · 08/09/2020 06:44

I got calories and macro yesterday but only 13600 steps.
Going to do 7-8 weight and step class before being chained to laptop again.

WreckTangled · 08/09/2020 06:46

Morning! I told you I'd be back and I am. Have been being good since Thursday but had Friday off Grin have weighed in today at 123.6 11lb up on my lowest about a year ago.

I made a really nice chicken soup for dinner last night which was really filling too so I think I'll make that again. Need to drink more water too.

Not2bObvious · 08/09/2020 07:36

Glad you're back wreck, good luck with the 11.
Weighed in, 164.4 - down from the weekend so that's a start. I should go for a walk before work, might help my mood

ememem84 · 08/09/2020 18:52
  1. Wahoooo. I’m happy if I reach 10000 steps a day now. Aiming for 15000 today though. Should make it.

Dh is making chicken noodle soup for dinner. Yippeeeee

ememem84 · 08/09/2020 21:49

I didn’t make 15000. Final count for today 13763. Soup and a roll for dinner. Yum.

I am feeling so bloated. Eugh. More water needed. And more green tea. Helps to um shift things.

SnugglySnerd · 08/09/2020 22:30
