I'm back on track after a chicken burger, made with sf M&S chicken goujons, light coleslaw and some cheese. And of course a nice white burger bun 😋
I have 150 left, might try ride the hunger out. But there's pangs for sure! Just a smidge over 14,000 - I'll grind out the last 1000 by bedtime.
Hope you fix the nausea mrs, that's very unpleasant. I managed to do another 1.5 hours of study work so I've hit 2 hours, which is acceptable - hope you've made a dint in your happier, feck it, take your opportunity where you can

9300 steps and 1500 odd calories. Feeling a bit peckish here but not enough fibre and protein.
Great going back on track not
I didn't know lack of protein could do that Mrs. Hope it works

Mrsmadevans · 23/11/2020 22:01

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/11/2020 06:41

That's my thing I need to actually eat decent food.
Day 1 was fine. Bring on day 2

Not2bObvious · 24/11/2020 08:15

Glad you're feeling better mrs, if you're only eating in the evening then as much nutrition as you can get in would be beneficial. With a bit of what you fancy of course.
Great you had a good day 1 life, I'm pleased with mine too. Didn't weigh yet this week, it's not the only measure apparently. Pity my head only sees it as! Got up at 6 and did an hours walk on the treadmill, small bit of jogging. Got 6,000 which is a good start. Had Linda sausages with a slice of wholemeal for breakfast, salad'ey stuff for lunch, chilli for dinner. Got 45 mins of study done as well, need another couple of hours throughout the day. And have to visit parent later. Busy is my friend

I made chicken curry yesterday evening, to use up half a can of coconut light milk, also used up last of cherry tomatoes, put in some peas from freezer, used paste, micro-rice & a mini naan I already had, so new stuff from grocery shop was a pepper, onion and chicken. It was blow your socks off hot and I've two portions for freezer, must get natural yogurt for when I reheat. Actually darn just after thinking I could've put some creme fraiche in to dull the heat. I could put a dollop each into the tubs in freezer couldn't I?

I ate for the sake of eating after that last night, a bourbon, another biscuit, I don't even like biscuits, maltesers and a small pack of hunky dorys. I did walk the dog but why the self sabotage? Hmm

Today I ate a skinny whip in the car, because I can't survive on an empty stomach, brought porridge and a pack of smoothie mix berries with me, honeydew melon, 2 clementines, soup, and an options hot choc if necessary. There's also a low fat yogurt in fridge at work if I feel the need to eat it.

Have seafood mix taken out of freezer to make seafood pasta tonight.

not your burger sounds lush
mad that's interesting about the nausea
life good luck with day 2

Mrsmadevans · 24/11/2020 09:09

Morning everyone
Happier your meals sound delicious ,that curry sounds really hot though I can only manage a Jalfrezi I am a big wuss 😀
Life well done and good luck with Day 2 you can do it! ☺️
Thank you for all the encouragement everyone , no nausea this morning yay!
That burger sounded delicious Not have a good day everyone 😀

Happierwithouthim · 24/11/2020 10:17

They say to use half the jar but I think a tbsp would be sufficient next time!

Not2bObvious · 24/11/2020 10:24

Half a jar will burn off your taste buds and have you thinking you've caught the dreaded cv happier, I don't know what sort of tests they do on these pastes. Must have mouths of steel! I use Thai ones a lot, and they say 50-100gr, it would kill me. 30grs is loads. Apart from the heat, it sounds great, I'm going to make a Thai curry later in the week I think. I find the light coconut milk a bit sad so I add some natural peanut butter to creamy it up. Still far less cals than full fat coconut (which is soooo lush)

Mrsmadevans · 24/11/2020 12:25

Happier the Insta pic looks fantastic 😄
Full fat coconut milk is delicious now you are talking Not
No nausea today 😄👍👏👌😊

Not2bObvious · 24/11/2020 12:50

You've just reminded me of the skinny whip I inhaled in a fit of bad temper on the way to do the shopping. No salad'y lunch for me, oh no, cheese & coleslaw sambo with a pack of crisps to accompany it. Barely touched the sides I ate it so quickly. Sometimes I eat like it'll be stolen off me! Sigh....awake too early can do this to me, it's going to be a long afternoon. Best get busy

Happierwithouthim · 24/11/2020 13:37

Not2bObvious · 24/11/2020 19:17

Nearly 16,500 steps, that is me done! Left about 35 cals behind.
Have to say I was craving crisps/chocolate as well, and I had both! I'm still a bit hungry, but I'll have to ride it out

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 24/11/2020 19:44

10k steps here. That's ok for now. Protein smashed but too many carbs to get fibres. 68 left

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/11/2020 06:46

Had 4.5 giant button while watching bake off. Still ok thought
