Way under on calories but planning a hot sausage roll from the coffee van tomorrow (it's my Friday) Grin also over 8000 steps which, as you know, is really good for me.

Just hitting 13,000 which is perfect for me this week. Scrapped in just under for calories, macros were barely touched but it was a tough day so I’m calling it a win. Busy day tomorrow I hope, need distraction at the minute.

First weigh in done. Am 6.2lb up on my lowest Sad so cross with myself! Will aim to have it all off by my birthday (June 15th) is that reasonable?

I've got a really painful back and hip where I slipped in the bath yesterday morning.

No I think that's doable wreck. I want mine off by my birthday (6th June) and according to today I have 3-4 lb to go.

Yes not I'm doing ok. I didn't track 100% but that's ok. The scales are going the right way. Yes I did check, old habits die hard.

Yes the scales habit appears to be unbreakable once it becomes entrenched, watched a YouTube thing on fluctuations, made complete sense but still doesn’t stop me being a basket case about it.

Scales dropped a bit, the first recorded weight but still up on last weeks average - 3 weigh ins left to record for this week. Totally enough time to cock up😉

Better than my steps life! I'm bang on on calories and that includes my sausage roll (shared one with a colleague and pleased I did as they're 600c each Shock).

I’m up .8 here wreck, basically gained what I lost overnight. Very likely salt for us both, I’m not recording it though (in denial!!)

I did have pasta (low carb edamame one) with bacon last night and that sausage roll so could be that?!

We're having a bbq today so I'm going to save myself for that...

I was planning on some exercise but I'm going to leave it as my back is still painful.

Will be over today. Have added most of my food to MFP and am 165 calls over not including any salad dressing/sauce or the corona and g&t's I'm going to drink Grin should work out over the week though so that's ok isn't it?

Perfectly acceptable to spread calories across the week. And less than 200 is easy!
My overspend of 700 is slightly harder to pull back, although I was under a bit during the week. If it’s all I go over this week I’ll be blessed - the likelihood of this judging on past behaviour is slim. Well slimmer than I’ll ever be😂
