Didn't go overboard on the food. Also had two halloumi skewers and only two drinks.

Happier I'm pleased you took your break away from your desk it's all too easy to just sit there and eat.

We had BBQ too. Didn't track, don't care bit again didn't go mad. Made ww2 carrot scones which were surprisingly nice and had to have one of DD cupcakes she made. 16 mini eggs, chicken and halloumi burger. That's it.

So I guessed tracked today and on about 400 over but I think the scones tracked too high on mfp. Going to leave it though. Steps at 10200 so all good

Down a massive .2 this morning, the weights falling off me 🤔
Went over by around 400 yesterday. Not in a very weight loss friendly world these days, but the upside is I’m at least maintaining my heavier weight fairly consistently. So far at least!

Dropped a little bit still not back to where I was two weeks ago, also not sure if the drop is something that will survive the weekend.

Pilates later. May or may not walk too as it might be a little hot for me.

I should add I’m responsible for it not being weight loss unfriendly being the one who buys the shopping - I’ve given into the demands and guilty of too many treats. I’m controlled in what I give the girls but once they’re out of sight, I’m a pig.

Sts today which I'm taking as a win even though it was up lots yesterday. I ate loads of salty fatty foods. Will probs do the same today as it's really hot again... will be within cals though hopefully as I won't have the halloumi skewers today Grin

Back on track today though bacon sandwich for breakfast. Planning an aubergine Dahl for tea so should be ok calories wise today

That’s great to sts wreck, nice one on the drop wolf. The sun is splitting the stones here, in two minds about walk but know I’ll have to get up and move at some point.
Yum on the bacon sambo life, weekends are made for bacon! Bacon, poached egg, mushrooms & toast here. Bit of fruit after.
Might try the novel idea of eating only when hungry today. Now I just need to learn what true hunger is, not boredom.
Much drink more water too

Will be a calories but no macro day as not gone to plan so far today. That's ok though. Going for a walk in a bit

Protein will be hit today but that’s about it on the macros front. Got an hours walk, still shy about 2,000-3,000 steps and Fitbit off so I can burn evenly😉

Had to guess lots today but still tracked. Lots of cake and ice cream. Currently at 86 over and 10500 steps. Bugger all macros.

I've got a bit hit and miss with eating better. But tonight it hit me that my clothes are getting v tight - even my underwear are uncomfortable. So I need to gain some control.

I've been tracking on mfp this week and have gone over a few times. I'm not as active as I should be, i barely leave the house. I need to change that! Dreading weighing in the morning, I'm not sure the scales are going to be kind!!

Decided to add my 5 daily weigh in’s into the Fitbit app and my gain is .9 this week.
I lost 1.8lb 2 weeks ago, and I’ve gained 1.4lb back. Establishing quite the pattern, lost 1.3lb 5 weeks ago and gained .8 back over 2 weeks.
So in 5 weeks I’ve lost .9 of a pound 😂
Now if that isn’t the definition of slow weightloss I don’t know what is!

I'm not weighing today. Have planned my food for today though

Lunch marmite on LC bread toast

Dinner is a hello fresh meal pulled chicken burger and salad. Will omit the bread roll.

Snacks of chocolate rice cakes. Puts me well under so room to manoeuvre. Maybe I'll have some Greek yoghurt after lunch with strawberries and raspberries if I feel I need it. Or a bit of cheese.

Food sounds good wreck
Had same brekkie as yesterday, pork planned for dinner, I’ll try get low’ish cal/high’ish protein/fibre for lunch. Maybe Linda sausage, beans & slice of wholemeal.
Mad baking going on here with the girls, I can easily avoid things like that strangely

I stayed the same this morning which is good considering we had takeaway this week!

Today I've had coco pops and oat milk for breakfast, savoury flapjack for lunch. I'm thinking of making daal for dinner tonight.

On mfp it has the nutrition bit - I never seem to hit over 20% on iron or calcium. In fact none if them except vit C seem to get to 100%. Will this have an effect on my losses?

So much for not being tempted by baking, had a slice of cake - I reckon 350 cals. I could cry. Stupid icing😡

That’s great nocuts, a maintain is excellent right now. I never pay attention to the micronutrients tbh, I think I’m healthy enough despite being overweight.

I've not sat down all day but my steps are so low wondering if my Fitbit is being dodgy with steps as well as everything else. I've been clearing and cleaning the dc's room all day and only just sat down apart from ten minutes for lunch and I'm only on 2792 steps Hmm

Have you been doing lots of dusting and such like. I find I need to put my tracker on my dominant hand to register.
