All of the things not said. Also did you eat salty foods yesterday, not drink enough and also totm is a bugger for increasing weight

Day 3 done on plan. An I half a stone lighter and toned yet. Bloody should be Grin

Did you move the scales from where you weighed originally? If you could replace the scales battery that’d be a start. Oh and of course if you did something mad like weigh at the end of the day when due on you could absolutely see a big bloat

Ahh well then! Leave the scales be for around 3 days, get totm out the way, get hydrated and you’ll be 4 kilos lighter next weigh in!
Most def deserve half stone off and arms of steel life - I put back half my choccie bar and am 200 calories under.
Musing if people will say when they see me next if I’m almost too thin....as I look at my burst couch outline😂

Forgot to weigh yesterday - first Monday I’ve forgotten in months I think! But I weighed today and down almost a pound so I’m at my lowest all year yay

Crisps probably helped give you that jump life, and you’ve been working out too.
Awake for days now just after 5, did walkie talkie and on just over 7,000 so that’s one positive. It’s miserable here, rain rain rain. Being super pernickity to keep my mind occupied and have been tracking cals in vs cals out - in so much as you can with Fitbit inaccuracies. If there’s any truth in it, I “should” get between .75 to 1lb off? But I do think my body works on a back week so might be more like .4-.6 that I’d expected last week. I’m bone tired

No weigh in today. Up stupidly early as it's dds birthday. Luckily working from home so can fit yoga in. Pancakes for breakfast though 😋

Just had hot buttery white toast, I think on some occasions there is no better food. Of course, I’ll probably be starving in 10 minutes but for now I feel at peace😉

Scales are horrible, I’m not at home much and the scales where I am is an unknown entity. I’m scared to use it in case it says I’m less and then my home one disagrees, and I’m scared if it says I’m more and my home one says I’m less!
Having a glass of wine, necessary after a day

Only saving around 60 cals today and just under 13,000 steps. I doubt I’ll get the last 2,000 as drained. Fell asleep for an hour earlier, and for once didn’t wake with mad sugar cravings like I normally do after a nana nap. That’s something at least. Trying to plan next few days food

If you want the treat have it, if you’re not bothered would saving the few calories allow for something nicer tomorrow?
Got my 15,000 in the end, yay! Also braved alien scales, up 3.8 on last Friday but it is evening time and I’ve another 1.5 days til actual weigh in. At least I’ve faced it so if it’s my only choice on Friday it won’t be too fearful.
Seriously though, am I an actual grown up with this level of fear😂
