I doubt I'll get cake but it's dds birthday Wednesday and she definitely will! I just want to eat chocolate and biscuits all the time Blush it's a good job there isn't any in the house right now.

Apparently I have 941 calories left today. Seems a lot. But mfp is now tracking my steps too. So has adjusted for that.

wreck I’ll send you my weeks screenshots tomorrow.

Have started a meal plan for next week. Must. Must. Work on my snacking. And portion size. And eating ds’ leftovers. Must. Not. Do this.

Wreck I'm not a choc fan but if it's in the house I will eat it - like a binge which I think barks back to being a teen when I would do something similar as comfort eating. People bought me birthday chocolate so I have been eating that. Not good.

Em take washing up liquid to the table when you go to collect ds's plate. Pour liquid over plate before you can pick at anything

I'm not sure why I binge. We didn't have the healthiest or restricted diet when I grew up. I suppose when I was diagnosed as diabetic it might have changed but I can't really remember.

Looks lovely wreck, hope you’d a great birthday. Nice losses wolf, and em isn’t that like 3lb or so? I’d need to lose part of a limb to lose that😂
You’re keeping under your 130 limit too life, that’s excellent news on a Monday. That’s a minuscule gain happier, more a maintain imo.
Out of routine with unforeseen circumstances, sorry not wanting to be mysterious but not really something I’d talk about. Just a bit of a hard time, I’ll leave it at that. Taking each day as it comes and trying not to eat everything as a stress or sadness coping mechanism. Going fair enough today, yesterday was messier.

I’m 423 calories under today. I’m actually really finding this useful tracking what I eat and when. Noting down my snack times and trying to make sensible changes.

I really wanted a glass of wine this evening. But ds wanted special orange juice (orange juice with ice and sparkling water). So I chucked that in a wine glass.

Morning all, up at 6 to do a walkie talkie - just under 5,500 so only 9,500 to go. Finished yesterday on 1400 so that goes a way towards offsetting my 3 preceding over cal days.
That’s good wreck, I really don’t think the amount you eat even with splurges would yield you a true 3. I can’t remember where I saw or heard this recently but it was about thinking you’re binging when you’re really just overeating. Binging can be an out of control experience where you eat 1000’s of calories in a sitting. Look everyone to their own to a degree but words like binge are hard to hear in your own head and can trigger so many bad connotations. When you restrict for a length of time, you can just need to break out, we’re not machines.

Apparently according to my scales I’ve put on 3kg in a day. Scales must be wrong.

I got dh to stand on them. His weight is normal and less than mine scales must be broken.

I’m really annoyed about this.

Also due on tomorrow so could this explain it?! (Clutching at very light straws...)

Did you move the scales from where you weighed originally? If you could replace the scales battery that’d be a start. Oh and of course if you did something mad like weigh at the end of the day when due on you could absolutely see a big bloat gain.
Just over 15,000 steps, wrecked. Sitting down with a glass of wine, just 1 to unwind. I should actually be on holidays in a beautiful hot place right now, sigh....
